Humanistic quality means internal spiritual quality and value consciousness formed by internalizing of the basic qualities to be humankind during people's daily interaction,people's culturally acquired comprehensive qualities which includes humanistic knowledge,humanistic thought,and humanistic spirit and humanistic method.Humanistic quality is one of the most fundamental qualities individual should have,which has enormous influence and permeability on other qualities and plays a fundamental role in individual development.By imparting liberal arts and humanistic knowledge,Humanistic quality education of vocational college students aims at acquiring humanistic spirit,thinking and solving the problems with humanistic minds so as to form high morality and healthy personality.Finally,it can help students become professionally skillful and morally excellent talent.The rapid development of modern society demands college students be a all-rounded one while Humanistic quality education is the indispensible part of cultivating an “overall developed college student”,which is an educational activity intended to promoting students comprehensive quality as well as the necessaries of times and social development.although,college humanistic quality education gains certain development,what's more,more and more social groups such society,colleges,students have gradually realized the importance of humanistic quality for individual future development,but the problems still exists in society such as mismatching between scientific quality education and humanistic quality education as well as preferring “doing”to “being”,which leads humanistic education to be formalistic.It's almost impossible to achieve designed goals.taking Marxism as the guidance,This paper makes analysis of humanistic quality education from the four aspects,in first section,the definition and connotation is firstly provided as well as some theories about humanistic humanistic quality the necessity of students' humanities quality education in higher vocational colleges.The second part mainly is concerned with the goal,contents and main features of humanistic quality education in higher vocational college.The third part focus on the current situation of higher vocational college students' humanistic quality education and analyzing reasons of problems in this field by questionnaires;The fourth part discusses principle of higher vocational colleges observing in the humanistic quality education and some strategies of strengthening higher vocational college students' humanities quality education are presented.
