Secondary vocational school as the main base for the social culture and the transmission of medium quality applied talents,bear an important responsibility and mission of the development of secondary vocational education.Now,as continuously improve on professional education of the nation,The quality of education in China's vocational schools has received widespread public attention.The main consciousness of the teachers themselves is the key to the teaching quality of teachers.What do they think of the quality assurance of the school,what the problems are,,and how to solve these problems are related to the teaching quality of theory and practical courses,and the quality of personnel training.In this study,we selected one demonstrative secondary vocational school in Yunnan Province as the specific research object of the study,From the perspective of the teachers,this paper mainly studies the current situation of the quality assurance of the secondary vocational schools in Yunnan Province,The current situation of The consciousness of the teachers and the factors that influence the consciousness of the teachers.The four methods of case study,case study method,text analysis,literature research method and interview method were used to study the consciousness of teachers.Conclusion of the study are as follows:first,The teacher has basic cognitive ability to the internal quality assurance,but the cognitive ability of teachers is limited,Second,part-time teachers can control the classroom teaching discipline and grasp the rhythm of classroom teaching,but in poor interaction with students.Third,most of teachers have self-improvement consciousness,but due to the lack of the rules and regulations in school,it lead teachers are less able to master subject consciousness?At last,Through research on the teacher's subject consciousness,This paper argues that the key to improving the teaching quality of the secondary vocational school is respecting teachers' emotional needs,Improving professional level training,enhancing academic atmosphere of the working environment and promoting the teacher's inherent ability and quality improvement.Government,industry and third-party assessment agencies only act as external safeguards.
