With the deepening of the thought of "health first" education and "lifelong sports" education,especially the promulgation and implementation of the National Higher Education Guideline for Physical Education Curriculum and the National Student Physical Testing Standard,Curriculum reform are carried out on a new attempt,and continue to build a variety of new teaching model.It is a new project in sports,it has a team,fashion and vitality of the characteristics and a strong sense of visual impact and infectivity,the collective team of team awareness,passionate expression and appeal,exaggerated strong Action modeling and dynamic music to enhance the physical health of college students and cultivate team spirit and so has an important role and positive significance.Based on this,this paper through the "2 +3" teaching model in the teaching of girls in the teaching of the study and application of this teaching model to explore the teaching of college students cheerlead action level,learning interest,physical fitness and extracurricular physical exercise awareness Degree and other aspects of the degree of impact,in order to promote the reform of college cheerleading teaching reference data.This study takes the 408 female college students studying in the first grade basic physical education class of Shanxi Agricultural University as the research object,and focuses on the influence of "2 + 3"teaching mode on the teaching effect of college girls' cheerleading course.In this study,the use of literature,questionnaire survey,experimental comparison,mathematical statistics and other research methods.The results of this experimental study show that the "2 + 3" teaching mode can be used in college cheerleading courses to improve the level of students 'technical action and test scores.To improve students' participation and enthusiasm in cheerleading courses,,Correct attitude;improve physical fitness,help students to enhance the awareness of extracurricular physical exercise and develop lifelong sports awareness.And put forward the corresponding suggestions on the implementation of the "2 + 3" teaching model.
