A Comparative Study On The Status Of Different Training Modes Of Beijing Primary School Volleyball Team

Volleyball is the only sport which has entered the world's top three ball games.It has also formed the upsurge of Volleyball in China.With more and more volleyball players,coaches and sports researchers pay attention to volleyball,more and more attention is paid to the training of volleyball reserve talents.The prosperity of volleyball reserve talents is the Chinese volleyball matter.The fundamental guarantee for the sustainable development of the industry.In this study,literature,expert interview,questionnaire,comparative analysis and mathematical statistics are used to study the status of the different training modes of Beijing primary school volleyball team.The purpose of this study is to analyze the status of primary school volleyball team in different training modes in Beijing,and to find more suitable for the primary school volleyball team in China.The new model of the popularization and development of the ball sport is expected to provide some reference for the training of Chinese volleyball players,and to promote the development and progress of the volleyball sport in China.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)the primary school volleyball team under the traditional project model has a relatively progressive distribution,which is more advantageous than the other two modes,but the primary school volleyball team in the mode of combination of physical education and education is more uniform than the other two modes,showing a relatively balanced distribution.(2)the volleyball team coaches in the traditional project school mode are more scientifically distributed in all aspects than the other two modes.However,under the mode of combination of sports and education,the coaches of volleyball teams tend to be younger,and the coaches from volleyball teams are the most.(3)the problem of meeting the equipment and funds in the field.The allocation of indoor and outdoor training sites in the traditional project school mode is more complete than the other two models,but the financial problems are the most serious.The allocation of site and funds under the mode of government purchase service is the best,and the field and funds are the most inadequate under the combination of Physical Education and education.(4)the influence of parents,coaches and student athletes themselves on volleyball training is also getting smaller and smaller.The coach's training time is the most balanced,the change is the smallest,the student athletes have the least problems in the study and training,and the best coordination between the learning and training.(5)the volleyball team's performance is the most stable and prominent in the traditional project school mode,and the top eight are the overwhelming majority.The government's purchasing service pattern grew rapidly in 2017.The strength of women's volleyball team under the mode of combination of sports and education is stable,and the result is relatively stable.(6)the output of talent,the volleyball team in the traditional project school mode conveyed the two level athletes of the country slightly lower than the mode of the government purchase service and the combination mode of the body education;in the way of transporting the athletes,the volleyball team in the mode of combination of physical education and teaching was the most abundant and the most proportions.(7)the construction of the volleyball team under the mode of government purchase service is not different from the other two modes,except for the government provided the corresponding construction funds and sports items;the construction of the traditional project school mode dominated by the government and the government oriented combination mode of the body education are more suitable for the popularization and development of the small school volleyball.
