Study On Endogenous Power Of College Students Under The Application-oriented Talents Cultivation Of Colleges And Universities

With the high-speed development of the social economy and the popularization of higher education stepping into a new process,social demand on applied talents in colleges and universities has also been constantly improved.The cultivation of applied talents is the combination of participation of both the instructors and college students,in which college students is the key factor in order to realize the aim.What's more,college students' subject consciousness has also been strengthened along with the society's development and progress.As the subjects of application-oriented talents cultivation,whether the students have adequate endogenous power not only directly restricts the effect of the whole training plan,but also increasingly becomes the key factor influencing the effectiveness of the training plan.Therefore,this paper takes Guangxi University as an example to study the current situation of college students' endogenous power by means of interdisciplinary research methods,literature method and questionnaire interview,and analyzes the shortcomings and causes of the current endogenous power of college students,aiming at finding effective ways to enhance the endogenous power of college students and improving the effectiveness of application-oriented talent cultivation in universities.Some investigation shows that the overall trend is in a positive direction,but there is also a phenomenon of insufficient internal impetus among college students,such as they are lack of the internal need motivation and emotional motivation in the process of training plan,some of them don't unify their knowing and acting,and some have weak willpower.Taking three aspects including college students,college education and social environment into consideration,we get three main reasons for the lack of internal motivation of college students.Firstly,for college students themselves,their psychological development are relatively immature,who are lack of clear cognition of the training plan and show signs of nonfeasance during the process.Secondly,there is an instrumental tendency as to the cultivating concept in colleges and universities;the content and methods of the cultivation plan turn out to get low acceptability among students.Thirdly,negative atmosphere in social environment is also a vital reason.According to these three reasons,this essay put forward following ways to enhance the efficiency of endogenous power among college students.To begin with,college students' subject consciousness should be awakened,their structure of needs should be guided,their positive emotions and willpower should be strengthened,and their good habits should be cultivated.Moreover,we should optimize the training plan,update the cultivation concept,increase the acceptability of the content and methods of the training plan,and build an atmosphere of self-discipline and desire to advance on campus.Finally,we should create a good social environment in order to strengthen the internal motivation of college students.
