The Teaching And Research Status Of Politics Teachers In Yongchuan District Investigation And Countermeasure Research

Phenomenon in education for teaching and scientific research and education problem as the research object,using the principle and method of scientific research,to explore the teaching activity rule and method of a kind of scientific practice,is the motive force that improve the quality of teaching and effective way.High school new curriculum reform in promoting students to carry on the investigative study at the same time,also requires teachers to participate in the curriculum development process,called for high school teachers have the courage to practice,bold innovation,and actively carry out teaching and research.Although in the trend of education "let teachers as researchers" growing,teachers' teaching and research have also made some achievements,but at present our country middle school teachers teaching the present situation of the research is still not perfect,there are still some improvement and strengthening.In this context,from theoretical elaboration to current situation analysis,this paper investigates and studies the current situation of teaching and research of high school political teachers in yongchuan district of chongqing,and puts forward strategies for strengthening and improving.The full text consists of five parts:Part 1: introduction.This part analyzes the background and significance of the research,expounds the current research situation at home and abroad,and clarifies the research ideas and methods of this paper.Part 2: the definition of relevant concepts and the explanation of problems.This part defines the relevant concepts,explains the significance of teaching and research,and lays a theoretical foundation for the in-depth study of this paper.Part 3: the investigation and analysis of the teaching and research status of political teachers in yongchuan district,chongqing.This part introduces the design and implementation of the questionnaire,and from yongchuan district high school political teacher's basic situation,knowledge situation for teaching and scientific research,teaching and research skills to master the seven aspects such as the result of the questionnaire analysis,discusses the yongchuan district high school political teachers' teaching and research of the status quo.Analysis found that yongchuan district high school political teachers' teaching and research has obtained certain achievements but there are shortcomings,school teaching and research atmosphere strong enough and related management is not perfect enough for teaching and scientific research,etc.This part lays a realistic foundation for this research.Part 4: analysis on the problems and causes of teaching and research of political teachers in yongchuan district.This part from the two aspects of teacher's personal education and management to point the yongchuan district high school political teacher's teaching and research of the existing problems,and from the teachers' understanding of teaching and scientific research remains to be improved,the quality of teachers' teaching and research as a whole is not high,yongchuan education administrative department of the lack of relevant management,lack of overall force for teaching and scientific research four aspects to analyze the causes of the problem.Part 5: strengthen yongchuan district high school politics teachers teaching and research countermeasures.Yongchuan district high school political teachers' teaching scientific research and analysis of existing problems and reasons,this article put forward to further strengthen the understanding of the teaching and research,constantly enrich the way of promote teaching and scientific research quality,consummate the teaching scientific research evaluation and incentive mechanism,the formation of district teaching and research together as a whole.This part is the end point of this study.
