Primary and secondary students are influential outstanding groups of students,are the future of the motherland,and are the builders and successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the future.To play a better role of primary and secondary students is bound to cultivate and improve their innovative literacy.To foster the cultivation of primary and middle school students 'innovative qualities is the need to implement the scientific concept of development and to train creative talents,is the need to build a harmonious campus,and is also an effective way for primary and secondary school students to achieve their own development in an all-round way and helps to realize the students' self-development.To meet the internal needs of primary and secondary students,is conducive to the formation of a good class style.However,what is the current status of innovative cultivation of school students? Does the school and the students themselves consciously and strategically cultivate the students' innovative accomplishments? Based on this thinking,this research mainly focuses on the cultivation of primary and secondary school students 'innovative literacy from the perspective of generative teaching theory.Through selecting the sample schools to conduct questionnaires and interviews,we hope to understand the current situation and problems of primary and secondary school students' And the issue of the deep-rooted reason analysis,and then put forward targeted cultivation strategy.Based on systematic review of relevant academic documents and under the perspective of generative teaching theory,this study designed a questionnaire and an interview outline for primary and secondary school students' innovative accomplishments.The author selected school leaders and teachers to conduct a questionnaire survey and selected Some students and some student leaders interviewed.Summed up the current overall situation of primary and secondary school students' innovative accomplishment cultivation,as well as the creative cultivation of primary and secondary school students in the demographic variables conducted a difference analysis.At present,primary and secondary school students' innovative literacy training level in schools is in a low state.Primary and secondary school students in school have significant differences in gender and age.Theinadequate cultivation of primary and secondary school students' innovative accomplishment mainly lies in the insufficiency of the foundation of innovative personality;the imperfect system of innovative knowledge is constructed;the training of innovative ability is not enough;the cultivation of innovative ability deviates from the "main course";and the reasons are analyzed from the inside and outside.Aiming at the existing problems of primary and secondary school students' innovative accomplishment cultivation,the author puts forward cultivation strategies from all aspects.First of all,cultivate innovative personality,inspire the spirit of doubt and improve awareness of self-exploration;then,focus on developing primary and secondary school students with broad vision and reasonable structure of innovative knowledge;secondly,to build a foundation of innovative practical experience;Finally,Pupils' ability to innovate.
