Professional degree is one kind of the degrees which can satisfy the demand of the social and economic development. Since2009, colleges and many other graduate education institutions have amplified the scale of recruiting fresh graduates to attend the full-time professional education of master’s degree. With the rapid development of the full-time professional education of master’s degree, how to guarantee its’ education quality has become a hot issue. Furthermore, the internal quality assurance is particularly essential. To enhance the quality of the full-time professional education of master’s degree, we must improve its’internal quality assurance system.Based on the systematical literature study of advance researches, this paper explores the factors that affect the internal quality assurance of the full-time professional education of master’s degree. Then taking the questionnaires and interviews about the input quality assurance, process quality assurance and output quality assurance that the three major aspects of quality assurance to reveal the internal quality assurance situation and problems of F University’s full-time professional education of master’s degree. And then, we try to analyze the cause of the problems from three dimensions,just as concepts, systems and management. Finally, taking the theory of TQM as the basis, in view of main problems, this study puts forward some suggestions to improve the quality of the internal quality assurance.This study suggests that the process of internal quality assurance for full-time professional education of master’s degree is essentially its effective management and control. From the input, process and output stages, factors that affect the internal quality assurance of the full-time professional education of master’s degree generally are training objectives, major settings, the status of students, faculty, curriculum, teaching methods, mentoring, professional practice, graduation thesis and satisfaction of students, etc. The operational aspects of these factors will affect the effect of internal quality assurance for the full-time professional education of master’s degree.According to the analysis of the survey data, F University has achieved considerable successes on these factors, and also some problems. However, it is the existence of these problems that affect the effectiveness of the internal quality assurance for the full-time professional education of master’s degree. The reasons behind these problems mainly derive from concepts, systems and management levels. In view of these problems, this study puts forward some suggestions for the institutions and the supervisors. For institutions, they should pay more attention to the professional degree, improve their systems and enhance the quality of their management; and for supervisors, they should change their teaching methods, improve their abilities and think highly of the professional practice. Only in this way can we improve the result of the internal quality assurance, and guarantee the quality of the full-time professional education of master’s degree.
