Independent enrollment is an important way for high-level universities to explore the scientific selection of special talents,it was endowed with mission: perfect the college entrance examination enrollment system,select and train outstanding talents.Therefore,the evaluation of self-enrollment's school performance is the key for measuring and ensuring the effectiveness of self-enrollment.But still,in a sense,there is no universal evaluation index system for the school performance of self-enrolled students,the construction of evaluation is based on the specific evaluation purpose.Hence,based of the selection criteria of independent enrollment,which is subject specialty and innovation ability,this study evaluated and analyzed the self-enrollment students of H University by means of empirical investigation.This article presents a summary and overv iew of the self-enrolling students' performance in colleges and universities through the literature review and analysis.Based on the current reality,the study investigates the policy and cultivation profile of H University's self-enrollment,to demonstrate the feasibility of evaluating and researching the subject specialty and innovation ability of H university' self-enrolled students.According to the policy and training objectives of the independent enrollment,and relevant theories and research,the st udy explains the meaning of subject specialty and innovation ability,and divided it into 7 indicators,which is professional identity,discipline competition,scientific research ability,innovation consciousness,innovation practice,achievement and acad emic performance.And construct an evaluation index system of the subject specialty and innovation ability by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),a method that conducts research on relevant experts to measure index weights.In the thesis,we conducted surveys on undergraduates with independent enrollment qualifications in H University by designing a survey questionnaire of “subject specialty and innovation capability”.And we use SPSS21.0 for quantitatively analyzing the recovered data.The study finds that,the scores of independent enrollment students has been slightly lower than that of the the traditional-recruited students,and has shown the disciplinary differences between science department and liberal arts,at the same time,independent enrollment students perform better in other systems,but there is still much space for improvement in innovative practices and gains.Also,there are cognitive differences between students and school-level measures of training effectiveness,and the discrepancies between the actual performance and selfsatisfaction ratings in some dimensions.Based on the research results,this study carries out value judgments on colleges and universities' enrollment training from the perspective of subject specialty and innovation ability,and reverses the construction of colleges and universities' self-recruiting students training,in order to provide constructive advice for improving the training model of independent enrollment.
