According to the national undergraduate enrollment plan of higher institutions in 2014,the number of undergraduate graduates in the country will reach 3.252 million this year.When the number of college graduates is increasing year by year,the difficulty of College Students' employment has become a new normal.In view of the difficult employment phenomenon of college students,Chinese scholars have studied their causes from many aspects,such as the traditional economic structure,the employment market for college students,the educational system of colleges and universities,and the personal factors of college students.However,from the aspect of social needs,there are relatively few studies on the difficulty of employment.Therefore,from the perspective of social needs,this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the competitiveness of undergraduate courses.First,based on the perspective of social demand for subject competence is redefined as: subject as the basic unit of the teaching construction of colleges and universities,the comprehensive effect of employer remuneration,social demand,professional talent supply and other factors,gradually formed and maintained,obtain competitive advantage and comprehensive ability.Then,based on the redefinition of subject competence,to build subject competitiveness as the goal,with the initial salary,salary growth rate,average wage,the highest wages,employment index,employment pressure index,experience index layer comprehensive evaluation index system.Finally,access to dynamic recruitment data on the Internet with the help of web crawler technology,from the "2014 merit the subject admission plan details" obtain 2018 undergraduate graduates data,then get the evaluation index data of the evaluated object,make a comprehensive evaluation and Analysis on undergraduate professional competence.In the process of evaluation index weights,this paper constructs the coefficient of variation to modified G2 weighting method,this method not only retains the subjective preferences of evaluators,and fully reflects the objective evaluation index data,especially in the evaluation objects evaluation index system or many complicated circumstances,which can ensure the rationality of weight coefficient that can reduce the amount of calculation and improve the evaluation efficiency.By comprehensive evaluation of subject competitiveness analysis,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)the development stage of the society and economy industry results have guiding effect on demand for professional disciplines;(2)the plan has a certain lag for the social demand response training for colleges and universities personnel;(3)any professional the social demand has tilted to the talents trend.According to the results of professional employment,put forward the following suggestions from the government to the human resources division,professional institutions and professional enrollment plan,students choose three aspects:(1)the government should according to the stage of social development,economic structure,national focus of the rational allocation of social human resources;(2)and professional settings professional enrollment plans to deal with the changes of social needs of colleges and universities respond in a timely manner;(3)the full employment guidance of colleges and universities for college students;(4)college students should be based on their own resources scientifically choose professional.
