Self-efficacy refers to the degree of confidence that people can use their skills to accomplish a certain job behavior.Physical exercise refers to physical activities in which individuals use exercise load means and physical exercises for the purpose of improving health and enhancing physical fitness.In the past research,there has never been a lack of research on physical exercise,but in the existing literature,there is little research on the relationship between physical exercise and self-efficacy of female college students.This study explores the relationship between physical exercise and general self-efficacy of female college students in Shanghai,and analyzes what kind of physical exercise can effectively improve the general self-efficacy of female college students,and has an accurate understanding of the current survey status and help them.Relieve psychological stress through exercise and exercise more specifically.This study used some female college students in Shanghai as the survey object,and used literature,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics to visit and distribute the female college students in 7 universities in Shanghai.The relationship between physical exercise and general self-efficacy A total of 560 questionnaires were collected,495 questionnaires were returned,and 410 valid questionnaires were used.The SPSS18.0 mathematical statistics method was used to obtain: 1.Female college students participate in physical exercise motivation to enhance physical fitness;exercise programs mostly include running and badminton;most forms of exercise are accompanied by;the main subjective factor affecting physical exercise is that female college students participate in exercise itself is too inert,objective The factor is that there is no time.The intensity of physical exercise is mainly based on small intensity and no tension.The exercise frequency is 1-2 times per week,and the exercise time is concentrated between 20-59 minutes,mainly based on small exercise.2.The general self-efficacy of female college students is generally at a medium level.There was a significant difference in overall general self-efficacy with professional and grade,and(p<0.01).There was no significant difference between the overall general self-efficacy and the place of birth and whether or not the only child,and(p>0.05).In terms of profession,the general self-efficacy of sports is higher than that of science,literature and art,and(p<0.01).In grades,the self-efficacy of freshmen and seniors is greater than that of sophomores and adults.The height of three is(p < 0.05).3,the physical exercise intensity is moderately upper,the exercise frequency is 3-5 times a week,the exercise time is more than 60 minutes and the average exercise level is generally the best.Using Spearman correlation analysis,it is concluded that the intensity,time and frequency of physical exercise are positively correlated with general self-efficacy.4.Through multiple linear regression analysis,the relationship between physical exercise and general self-efficacy is positively correlated,and the correlation coefficient is significant,which has a certain linear relationship.
