Primary school is in the human body's speed,strength,endurance,sensitivity,flexibility and other sensitive period of the development of physical quality,this stage reasonable training can not only maintain good physical form,but also promote the rapid development of physical quality.The track and field of primary school is an important part of the school sports.The track and field sports can develop the physical and physical skills of the human body in an all-round and effective way.It has a good effect on the improvement of other sports techniques and the improvement of sports performance.And many sports are based on track and field training,so as to improve their physical quality.The track and field athletes in the key period of the development of the physical quality are the basis of the physical training for the future participation in sports training and competition,and the basis for the development of other sports.As a new training method,the core strength training model originated from the end of the last century,and foreign medical workers found the function of trunk muscle strength training during the rehabilitation process.In recent years,core strength training has been applied in different sports.The core strength training method is introduced into the sports examination and the college entrance examination training.Through practice,it has been found that the core strength training plays an important role in improving the students' sports level and physical performance.Through consulting the relevant literature at home and abroad,we can find that the research on the training of the core strength of the track and field athletes is less,and the core strength training is still in the exploratory stage in the track and field training of the primary school.This article tries to introduce the core strength training into the primary school track and field training,and explore the effect of the core strength training on the physical quality of the track and field athletes in the primary school.At the same time,it also lays the foundation for the physical quality of other sports projects,which is the innovation of this article.By using five methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,and experimental method,this article randomly divided 20(11-13 year old)Tian Jing athletes in the Ji'nan city gate school into 10 people and 10 control groups.Theexperimental group and the control group were 5 men and women respectively,and the experimental intervention was carried out.Through the traditional strength training method and the simple and easy core strength training method,we use the index test before and after the experiment to explore the effect of core strength training on the overall development of the physical quality of the track and field athletes,the interest of their sports skills,the improvement of their training and the performance of their athletic performance.Through the comparison and analysis of the five index data changes before and after the experiment,the relevant countermeasures are put forward,and the ultimate aim is to open a new perspective for the future primary school track and field training.It is also expected to be able to inspire the grass-roots sports teachers to attach importance to the application of the core strength training method,so that more reasonable and interesting training methods should be quoted in the primary school physical education class and training.In.Through the experiment,the results show that:1.In the process of investigation and research,it is found that the knowledge of the training of the core strength is not enough and the practice research is very few,so that the training of core strength is seldom paid attention to in the training of the sports teachers.2.After 12 weeks of experiment,the results of the 50 m running,the long jump,the 50 m x 8 return running,the front throwing solid ball and the closed head crane were improved to some extent in the control group and the experimental group.This shows that traditional strength training and core strength training can effectively develop the physical quality of primary school track and field athletes.3.12 weeks of core strength training has the least influence on the achievement of the long jump.The reason may be that the primary school track and field athletes mainly use the strength of the limbs when they set the long jump,and they do not use the strength of the core muscles well,and do not achieve the overall coordination force.And core strength training is a long-term process.Short time can not play a great role in the lumbar and abdominal muscles used for standing long jump.4.After 12 weeks of two different modes of training,the experimental group and the control group 50 m run,the standing long jump,the 50 m x 8 reentry running,the front throwing solid ball and the closed head crane stand with independent sample T test,the two groups have significant differences,but comparing the two different training modes,it is found that the effect of the core strength training on the physical quality of the development of the primary school athletes is more effective.Show.5.From the external performance of the training of the track and field athletes,the core strength training model is more active and interested in the training of the track and field athletes than the traditional routine training mode.It solves the monotonous phenomenon in the past training,promotes the improvement of the training quality,and also helps to reduce the occurrence of sports injury.
