General Secretary Xi pointed out in his report at the 19 th National Congress that building a strong nation for education is a basic project for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Education must be given priority so that education satisfactory to the people can be satisfactorily implemented so that every child can enjoy fairness and quality education.Over the past thirty years of reform and opening up,China's national economy and national income as a whole have been greatly improved. With the advent of the era of knowledge-based economy, children's education is increasingly valued by families. The high fever of social phenomena such as price-conscious school housing and shadow-burning education has shown itself as a reflection of the growing social inequality in education The injustice of education has drawn the attention of all sectors of society.Education inequality is just a description of the status of a generation's educational opportunities,In the case of unequal access to education,If education mobility is strong enough,Fathers inequality of educational opportunities will change to equality of educational opportunities for offspring.Conversely,if education is less liquid, families with higher education have the characteristics of intergenerational transmission of education,Then there will be a continuum of generations of unequal access to education. Therefore,in order to fundamentally solve the problem of inequality,we must have a comprehensive understanding of the mobility of education among generations. The flow of intergenerational education refers to the level of parental education as a reference coordinate to examine changes in the level of access to education of children. From an educational level, parents with higher levels of education generally have higher levels of education,as demonstrated by the transmission of education across generations. The flow of intergenerational education is a concept corresponding to it.The higher the impact of parental education on children's education, the greater the intergenerational education and the less mobility of intergenerational education.Firstly, through the literature search and reading, the paper summarizes the previous studies from the perspectives of related theories, research methods and main representative studies, and makes a theoretical analysis of the measurement and transmission mechanism of intergenerational education in our country. In order to explore the dynamic changes of intergenerational education flows in different periods in China, this paper uses the data of China Health and Nutrition Survey(CHNS)database 1991,2000 and 2011 to analyze the empirical analysis.Using the method of transition matrix and regression analysis to study the mobility of intergeneration education in our country,we find out the influence of parent education on the generation education by comparing the mobility ratio in the three transitional education transition matrix and the regression coefficient Increasingly. In order to analyze and compare the transitivity of intergenerational education in our country more comprehensively,This paper establishes a path model for intergenerational education delivery path analysis and found that parental education not only has a greater direct impact on children's education, but also indirectly through parental career and parental income on children's education. And indirect influence of parent education on children education has increased.Among them, the main indirect transmission path is the father's career, but the indirect influence of father's income is gradually increasing and plays an increasingly important role in the indirect impact factors. Finally, based on the results of empirical analysis, some suggestions are put forward to improve the liquidity of intergenerational education, including increasing investment in education, equitably allocating educational resources and narrowing the income gap among residents.
