The period of the National Games pre contest to the final is the last stage of the Jiangsu women's badminton players preparing for the National Games final.It is a very important training stage.The training effect of this stage will directly affect the results of the four year National Games.The plan,training content,training method and training load of physical fitness training in interphase are different from the physical training in general period,and have their own characteristics.This paper studies the physical training of four women athletes in Jiangsu Province in preparing for the time interval of the National Games.By using the methods of literature,interview,investigation,tracking and monitoring,induction and summary,and mathematical statistics,this paper studies the training plan,training content and methods of the physical training of women's badminton players in Jiangsu.Based on this,we evaluated the performance of 4 athletes and the final performance of the National Games.The results of the study:(1)the physical training of the women badminton players in Jiangsu province for the thirteen National Games is a complete plate.It is divided into 3 stages: the accumulation stage,the transformation stage and the realization stage,each stage has its own training objectives and tasks,and the training arrangements at each stage are based on the actual situation and movement.The training cycle is regular,and it can't be changed at will.(2)the effective physical energy training method has a direct influence on the effect of the interval physical training.The Jiangsu women's badminton players are preparing for the thirteen National Games,and the physical training is mainly focused on the special physical ability.The special physical training method is the method that the athletes often practice and is familiar with,and does not try to design a new special.The physical training method prevents athletes from disrupting the training rhythm in order to adapt to new methods.(3)through the two tests of the physical form and quality of the women's badminton players in Jiangsu,the following conclusions are obtained.In addition to the significant changes in the body shape,the athletes' sports quality has not changed significantly.The physical training of the athletes in the interval has a definite effect and can maintain the body after the pre competition.Energy status;combined with the athlete's winning situation,it indirectly indicates that physical fitness training can achieve the purpose.
