The Study On The Positive Employment Psychology Of College Students

College students,as a particular social group,their psychological development is still in the immature,incomplete,unstable stage.Faced with the severe employment situation and fierce competition for jobs as well as the major choice of employment,their psychological burden of employment is aggravated,and there are easy to appear a lot of employment psychological problems,confusion and conflict,which not only influences the development of college students' future career,and even affects their physical and mental health.Therefore,cultivating college students' positive employment psychology and guiding them to establish correct employment values,which is of great significance to strengthen the psychological health of college students and promote the overall development of college students.This paper studies how to cultivate college students' positive employment psychology by means of literature research method,investigation method and analysis inductive method.The introduction of the thesis mainly explains the research background,research significance,domestic and foreign research review,research methods and innovation points.The first part of the thesis summarizes the related concepts of college students' positive employment psychology,college students' positive employment psychological characteristics,the significance of cultivating college students' employment psychological actively,as well as the theory basis of cultivating college students' positive employment psychological.The second part of the paper analysis and summarizes the current college students' positive employment psychological performance and poor employment psychological performance by questionnaire survey,and expounds the induce adverse employment psychological reasons for the formation of college students.The third part of the thesis mainly from four aspects,the government,colleges and universities,society and college students from and puts forward the countermeasures of cultivating college students' employment positive psychological psychological,the government build positive employment environment stimulating the positive employment psychology,play a leading role to foster university student's positive employment psychology,play a social force by establishing the social atmosphere of active employment psychological cultivation,college students learn to psychological adjustment to improve their comprehensive qualities.Cultivating college students' positive employment psychology is conducive to guiding college students to set up the correct employment outlook,reasonably formulating and implementing employment goals,and thus achieving high-quality employment.Based on the perspective of positive psychology and integration of multiple disciplines theory knowledge,from the four aspects government,universities,society and college students themselves cultivate college students' employment psychological countermeasures actively,which aims at helping students relieve mental pressure of employment,and providing some reference and help for their active and effective employment.
