Children's literature plays a very important role in the development of children' s cognition,aesthetics,morality and so on.Because of the characteristics of the physical and psychological development of children,children's understanding of literary works often needs the help of adults.Therefore,the teacher's understanding of literary works is very important.This study of the children's literature from different children's favorite,education significance of four works,poems respectively nursery "cradle",the song's tail,picture book "David can't","the tortoise and the hare" story,and in the second chapter of the four literary works and its characteristics were analyzed,and to be able to comprehensive insight into the four works.In order to understand the understanding of the characteristics of the four literary works of preschool teachers,we selected 20 teachers from the major classes in H and Z to conduct interviews.To understand how preschool teachers for the use of literature,the author choose four teachers to use literature,and the organization process of activity design intent,as well as the effect of activity is analyzed.Through the analysis of the preschool teachers to understand and use problem,the author first on the influencing factors of preschool teachers to understand and use to think found has the following three factors,preschool teachers'concept of education,children's literature course system setting is not reasonable,and preschool teachers lack of childlike innocence;Secondly,the relationship between the theme and education is considered.Aiming at the problems above,this paper puts forward the following Suggestions:creates a corresponding context and literary works,improve the literary expression through various channels,the questions of the effective use of strategies,improve the understanding and comprehension ability of preschool teachers.
