Education-and-research aims to explore practical problems of kindergarten by means of research through the joint participation of the principal and all teachers,to explore and find the solution to the problem through the practice of leading experts and teachers,so as to promote teachers' professional development and improve the quality of kindergarten education.As the product of basic education and curriculum reform,garden-based teaching and research,like all new things,which possesses vigorous vitality and broad prospects for development?In addition,apart from literature method,interview method and case study method,questionnaire method had been studied the role of kindergarten-based teaching on teachers' professional development,this research also adopts the essay collection,teacher growth diary,teacher self-evaluation table,teacher comments method,which are more objective to evaluation of education and research on teachers professional development effect.Through interviews,we compare the professional promotion of teachers which were obtained in the research,summarize the relevant experience,identify the channels of teachers' growth,and explore the diversified kindergarten based teaching and research methods that are suitable for the park,and provide reference for other kindergartens.First,this article introduces research background,defines the related concepts,explores home and abroad research overview,research idea,research methods and significance.In order to determine the author's research should stand on the practical point of view that the kindergarten based teaching and research on the development of teachers need more in-depth thinking and tracking.Then,analyze the necessity and possibility of the kindergarten based teaching and research,the development of the teachers from the height of the theory.Then analyze the current situations of the kindergarten based teaching and research,the problems that the teachers would face on the road of professional development through the observation,interview and self-assessment form of the teachers,define the direction of the professional development of the teachers and explore the suitable kindergarten based teaching and research mode.Finally,make reference on the discussion of academic circles on kindergarten based teaching mode,explore the way for the research of kindergarten and preschool teachers through teaching reflection on how to promote and adjust teaching strategies,change the teaching behavior,strengthen the ability of scientific research,and facilitate the professional development of all the teachers to the largest extent.
