| The specialization in teachers' development has internationally become the reform tendency of teachers' education, and as for our country, it is proposed as a significant topic as well. In teachers' specialization development, the transformation of their professional roles and its function requests the continuous development and promotion in their practical knowledge in order to have the ability to perform, to reconsider, to research, and in order to improve, namely "the researching teachers", gradually forming "research-practice-thinking-development"—new pattern in teachers' career development.This project, under the background of the new curriculum reform, which is focused on school-based teaching research, aims at finding an effective way to promote teachers' development. This research may focus on some documents and cases and try to summarize some experience which can guide our performance in return. In the process of the research we are always taking the new curriculum implementation as the goal.1. take the class example as the carrier, followed by the practice2. take the scientific research as the carrier, aiming at solving some certain problems3. the project is undertaken under the form of research group and promoted by the interaction among teachers4. reconsider after teaching among group members or individually5. take network as carrier, carrying out research on-line6. guided by experts and specialists, set teaching modals as examplesAs is proved in the practice, focus our attention on practical schools and try to solve their specific problems as they are emerging during the certain performance; make teachers as our main study body;set teaching improvement as our main goal; take action-oriented policy as our fundamental mode; while researching, may effectively promote our teachers enrichment; guarantee the new curriculum implementation; improve the teaching quality; and thus improve the performance of the students。... |
