The research of Higher Education itself can pry into the development dilemma faced by this subject,and try to support its theoretical constrtion.This exploration needs its own stage summary,comb and refletion.Chinese researchers in the field of higher education to explore and develop in a lot of effort,also obtained good results,but the research methods for social science and natural science,researchers mainly rely on knowledge accumulation and accumulation of qualitative analysis.Although the qualitative research method is feasible in the field of social science research,is also common,but the deviation of the subjective knowledge will enable researchers to accurately grasp the characteristics and research hot-spot of research subject of higher education,and by using the bibliometric analysis of the research subject and the research focus of higher education can effectively overcome these insufficient.Based on this understanding,this study tries to from the empirical perspective will bibliometric analysis of China's higher education as a discipline of "spy mirror",in the massive literature information as the research object through the data extraction,analysis,information processing and scientific elements chart show the research achievements of higher education in China picture.On 2000-2016 Chinese Social Science Citation Index(Chinese Social Sciences Citation Index)class in pedagogy in 36 core journals as the data source library retrieval,Chinese book classification number G47 belongs to the "higher education" of the periodical literature scientific elements on periodical literature analysis,summarized and refined,finally from the author interciting,agencies research hotspot and research frontier branch of the four dimensions,to sort out and aialyze the panorama of the research progress and problems of fifteen years of higher education in China at the beginning of twenty-first Century.This article is divided into five chapters and three parts.The first part mainly includes the first chapter,the introduction,mainly introduces the origin,significance,research status,innovation and shortcomings of the research,research ideas,tools and methods.The second part mainly introduces the characteristics of the research subjects,from the analysis of the network structure of the core authors in the second chapter and the analysis of the co-perative structure of the third chapters.The third part mainly introduces the research hotspots and development frontiers of China's higher education.From the fourth chapter's keyword cluster analysis and the fifth chapter's citation literature co-occurrence analysis.Through the analysis of the findings of this study are: the subject the author cross citation network structure of low.density,no close association between academic scholars,more decentralized individual researchers to study,cross study,co-author of single type;At the same time,network density,network stuncture is loose,college is the main position of institutional cooperation,cooperate on less research has become a hot research institute;branch stable,hot research object covers all aspects of the higher education system,from local to the whole,with the philosophy of higher education as the research basis and starting point of philosophy.The hotspots in the field of higher education are mainly divided into nine clusters.The frontiers of research can keep up with the trend of the times,reflect the current hot topics,emphasize the practicality and feasibility of research,and emphasize the integration of science and humanities.It should be noted that,literature metrology in this paper is a research analysis method,because the data included in the annotation problem will affect the analysis of the scientific journals to take heavy elements,as well as the merger way of screening in this study as much as possible to reduce the effect of errors on the results.
