With the expansion of graduate enrollment,the phenomenon of interdisciplinary graduate students is becoming more and more prominent.Although interdisciplinary postgraduates have their own original professional background advantages,they are not fully aware of the new major,the professional foundation is weak,the professional knowledge structure is different from the non cross professional postgraduate students,which will affect the professional adaptability of the interprofessional master’s graduate students.Therefore,it is of great significance to investigate the professional adaptation status of interdisciplinary postgraduates,understand their influencing factors and improve their professional adaptability.This paper mainly investigates the professional adaptability of the professional graduate students and interdisciplinary postgraduates in education,compare the differences between the two groups,and the interdisciplinary postgraduates to adapt to the dimensions of the performance in the professional analysis,hope to have a comprehensive understanding of the professional adaptability of interdisciplinary postgraduates.Providing reference for the training of interdisciplinary postgraduates in Colleges and Universities.There are six parts in this paper: The first part discusses the research background,research significance and related research of interdisciplinary graduate students’ professional adaptability,on the basis of previous studies,we conclude and sort out,which will provide relevant evidence for future empirical analysis;The second part analyses the research foundation of this article.There are mainly the definition and theoretical foundation of the concept;The third part is the research scheme.It mainly includes research content and research tools;The fourth part is the investigation of the status quo;The fifth part is the current situation and the main causes of professional adaptation of the interdisciplinary postgraduates.In view of the characteristics of the interdisciplinary postgraduates in various aspects of professional adaptation,the reasons are discussed;The sixth part is to improve the professional adaptability of the interdisciplinary postgraduates.The survey results show that the overall level of professional adaptability of interdisciplinary and non interdisciplinary postgraduates is not high,across the postgraduate professional adaptability is generally lower than that of interdisciplinary postgraduates,mainly in the professional low self-efficacy,professional interest is not high,the low degree of professional identity in several aspects.Through the investigation and analysis of interdisciplinary postgraduates professional adaptability,found across the master cannot well adapt to the professional main reason has professional understanding is not enough,professional foundation is weak enough,not enough variety,lack of guidance,teachers’ teaching quality is low.In order to make interdisciplinary postgraduates better adapt to their professional learning,the students themselves,their tutors,and the school should make a positive adjustment.
