As both students outside the school hosting,job counseling,multiple functions such as special skill training of primary and middle schools extracurricular counselling industry,is developing rapidly in recent years,meet some students,parents of education resources diversification,individuation demand at the same time,also present a "savage growth",the good and bad are intermingled of disorderly development situation,the negative influence widely criticized,the social from all walks of life,reacted strongly,government has a regulation that overall renovation specification.In this context,the phenomenon of extracurricular counselling and negative influence were analyzed,and scientific and reasonable for parents and students to participate in extracurricular counselling,government level to carry out renovation work to provide the reference suggestion,become a topic worth studying.This paper gives a brief overview of the development scale,management measures and special administrative action of extracurricular counseling in Y city.In Y city 5 junior high school students and parents of sampling questionnaire,interview,from the size,content,form,burden,investment,to investigate the reason such as dimension,understand their schoolwork burden of extracurricular counselling,family economic burden,extracurricular counselling satisfaction;Discuss with the administrators of some school teachers and after-school tutoring organizations to understand their views on the extracurricular tutoring industry and current situation of junior high school students.The survey found that the negative effects of junior middle school students' participation in extracurricular tutoring are as follows: for students,many tutorship institutions have increased their academic burden;for parents,extracurricular counseling accounts for a higher proportion of family expenditure,increasing family economic burden,and lower degree of satisfaction on extracurricular tutoring.In school education,extracurricular counselling has become a form of education that is free from school education.It interferes with the normal order of education and teaching;for the society,extracurricular guidance has caused uneven education resources.Analysis of the reasons for the negative influence of after-school tutoring: first,most students' anxiety about academic performance leads to;The second is the benefit and blindness of parents to education,and promote the development of after-school tutoring industry to meet market demand.Third,the existing extracurricular counseling management is not standardized;Fourth,the promotion of the examination mechanism of the examination;Fifth,the school teaching quality education co-exists with education,and provides the soil for after-class tutoring "exam-oriented" training.For the negative effects of extracurricular guidance,from the perspective of parents,we should choose extracurricular guidance reasonably and eliminate utilitarianism in many ways.From the school level,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of the team of teachers,to improve the quality of the family and school to improve the quality of education,to explore the establishment of the service mechanism of teaching and guidance after class,to strengthen the interaction and mutual promotion between the family and the school,and to discuss the possibility of the exchange of high quality extracurricular tutoring resources.From the government level,we should take the regulation and policy as a total,implement the new method of extracurricular guidance management,take special management action as an opportunity,standardize the development of extracurricular counselling,build an extracurricular coaching community,build a long-term mechanism,develop extracurricular guidance for public welfare,improve educational equity,reduce family burden,and support the development of quality.Extracurricular guidance institutions to reduce the students' Extracurricular burden.
