Research On Leader Training Of Network Opinions From University Students

This paper studies how to improve the positive influence of the network opinion leaders and how to play the role in the ideological and political education of College students.The problem of College Students' network opinion leaders has been paid more and more attention.It is an important part of the ideological and political education for college students to cultivate their network opinion leaders.This paper proposed the opinion that universities should actively cultivate students' network opinion leaders,and put it in the development of backbone management.It is also necessary to support the network opinion leaders in all aspects,from the selection,promotion to incentive as much as possible.It is pointed out that the network opinion leaders are the main body of self education for college students.At the same time,this paper expounds the connotation of College Students' network opinion leaders and the abilities they should possess under the visual threshold of Ideological and political education.This thesis is divided into four parts.The first part mainly introduces the background and significance of the research,the literature research on the college students' network opinion leaders at home and abroad,as well as the research ideas and methods.The second part focuses on the overview of the network opinion leaders.This part describes the connotation,reasons,features,capabilities and positive functions of the network opinion leaders.The differences between the Internet commentator and college network opinion leaders,it points out that the university network opinion leaders has the necessity on cultivating college students' active network opinion leaders more influence on college students of colleges and universities.The third part focuses on the problems and causes of the cultivation of College Students'network opinion leaders.For colleges and universities,lacking of relevant content for the cultivation of College Students' network opinion leaders,and the defect of relevant training mechanism is not conducive to the effective development of college students network opinion leaders.With the insufficiency on the overall ability and quality of the network opinion leaders of college students is not enough,the guiding force is not strong,and the ability to analyze and distinguish the network,it is difficult to guide the students' thinking and behavior effectively.Therefore,the cultivation of College Students' network opinion leaders is very important.The fourth part gives some countermeasures to solve these problems.First of all,improve the awareness of the importance and urgency of Cultivating College Students' network opinion leaders.The relevant functional departments of colleges and universities should pay more attention to the important role of the network opinion leaders are playing in Colleges and universities,and establish corresponding management mechanism to support the work College Students' network opinion leaders.Secondly,improve the training system of College Students'network opinion leaders.Establish the leadership mechanism,the selection mechanism,the use mechanism and the evaluation mechanism of College Students' network opinion leaders,and promote the development of the network opinion leaders.Furthermore,to strengthen the construction of network opinion leaders.Cultivate their realization of College Students' network opinion leaders'sense of responsibility,scientific and cultural literacy and network literacy.Finally,expand the scale of network opinion leaders.Expanding the scale is the premise to play the role of the network opinion leaders of college students,strengthen the construction of College Students'network opinion leaders,and play an important role in college students' self education.
