With the further development of globalization and the intensification of social competition,people' s demand for educational resources is also increasing.However,educational resources in remote areas are seriously insufficient.Public education has been unable to meet the needs of people,and private education has become a necessary and beneficial supplement to public education.This paper takes Yanshan County Zhiyuan Junior Middle School,the county representative of private school as a case in this research.Through methods of questionnaire survey,case interview and classroom observation,this paper explores the sixteen years of the school's successful running experience,summarizes and refines the development path of private education in order to provide reference for other weak private schools.This paper first carries out a case study and according to the good school performance and social reputation of the school,the questionnaire survey results of the students,parents and teachers' satisfaction on the school,its high quality has benn shown.Secondly,it analyses the social background of the school's development,it turns out that the opportunity for its establishment lies in the urgent needs of the society,the shortage of public school degrees,the strong support of the state and local governments and the improvement of social identity.Challenges which the school faces include the impact of free compulsory education,the increase of public education investment and the increasing salary of public school teachers.Facing the above challenges,the school works out all the difficulties and persevere in the healthy development environment: the construction of the school has been constantly improved,the origins of the students and the structure of the teachers are constantly optimized,all of which are inseparable from its perfect internal governance.Thirdly,under the advanced educational concept of the school organizers,the functions of all kinds of personnel in the school are clear,the efficiency is high,the rules and regulations are strictly observed,and the structure of the teachers' ranks is constantly optimized.The researcher use the Classroom Observation LICC Paradigm to observe the classroom teaching,it is found that the good teaching effect is due to teachers' teaching humor,teaching tact,teaching students in accordance with their aptitude etc..The school insists in combining environment education with traditional culture to educate students,attaching importance to mental health education and safety education for left-behind children.Finally,the practice of running school in Zhiyuan Junior Middle School can be provided to other poor private schools.:(1)high quality of running schools is the core of private schools in the market competition;(2)the financing channels of private schools are limited,and increasing income and decreasing expenditure is the way of private schools' survival;(3)the flexibility of private mechanism is the prerequisite for the realization of high quality education.
