| Due to the deepening of internationalization and marketization,the social environment is undergoing profound changes,and the private higher education in various countries and regions in the world is facing unprecedented challenges.Within the system of private colleges and universities,there are some differences in the rights of various interest subjects.How to balance the interests of different stakeholders,achieve the balance of interests of all stakeholders,and ultimately play the role of the University,has become a major problem to be solved in high-level education in various countries and regions.In recent years,the enterprise management system has been gradually introduced into the internal governance of colleges and universities in China.Especially in private colleges and universities,the application of enterprise management system is particularly extensive and prominent.Therefore,the research on the internal governance structure of private colleges and universities has become increasingly rich,and constantly extends from the macro field to the micro field.Private colleges and universities are a special kind of educational subject,and they also undertake the task of realizing university functions.It is of great practical significance to study the power allocation and the balance of different subjects’ interests,as well as the internal governance structure of private colleges and universities.This paper combines qualitative research with quantitative analysis,and on the basis of summarizing the related theories of internal governance of private colleges and universities and the research status at home and abroad,it studies the basic concepts and related theories,the practice of internal governance structure at home and abroad,the status quo of internal governance structure of HX college,and the measures to optimize the internal governance structure of HX college by using the methods of literature,case study and comparative study And so on.This paper systematically summarizes the internal governance experience of representative universities in the United States and the United Kingdom,deeply discusses the internal governance problems of HX college,and analyzes the specific problems existing in the internal governance of HX college.This paper puts forward to improve the governance structure of stakeholders;to establish a reasonable definition of internal management authority;to fully develop internal democratic management;to use AHP analytic hierarchy process;to build stakeholder model;to construct the internal governance structure of private colleges and universities from the perspective of enterprise;to put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Through the research of this paper,it provides reference and basis for solving the problems of internal governance structure of other domestic private colleges and universities,including HX college,which is conducive to improving the level and ability of internal governance of private colleges and universities in China. |
