At present,"choice of school fever","school district housing fever","key school heat","model school heat",and after this series of hot topics,it reflects the inability of people to balance education,and this imbalance has evolved.Trends in education trust crisis.This imbalance is a serious threat to social equity.Especially in the elementary school stage of compulsory education,what they learn is the common knowledge that everyone needs to develop.The consequences of the imbalance in the starting point are immeasurable.At present,the government has adopted the basic equilibrium assessment of compulsory education and the integration of urban and rural education.It has initially solved the problem of unbalanced regional education and unbalanced urban and rural areas in compulsory education,which has achieved a basic equilibrium of compulsory education.On this basis,a balance of high-quality products emerged as a result of efforts to manage each school,and higher requirements were placed on the balance of compulsory education.The focus of the assessment was on the quality of education,emphasizing “more balanced and more quality”,striving to “provide school and school standards,” and running each school.In this context,the author takes quality balance as the standard and adds resources,education quality,resource use efficiency,and school management level indicators on the basis of resource allocation.A survey was conducted on five primary schools in Midu County,Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture,Yunnan Province,to analyze the balance of primary education in compulsory education in Midu County.In order to make the assessment results more comprehensive and reasonable,based on the coefficient of difference,the author also added a measure of the range and the Mcloone index.Based on this,we will analyze in detail where the biggest differences between schools are,the balance between middle and lower schools,and the overall differences,so as to analyze the shortcomings of the education equilibrium and make the assessment more scientific and reliable.In comparison with the basic equilibrium index reached in 2015,whether or not the degree of equilibrium is repeated.As a result,it was found that the overall balance of Midu County is relatively high.It is not difficult to find a situation in which absolute balance and unbalance exist in each index,and the low equilibrium phenomenon is obvious.According to this,the author suggests that the government should use the principle of difference as the basis to compensate weak schools and use unfair methods to invest in weak schools in a non-equilibrium manner.It is suggested that schools should follow the trend in the context of a balanced assessment policy,actively exert their subjective initiative,take the initiative and gain space for their own development.
