It is the starting point of the college profession construction to promote the students development.Under the new circumstances,profession evaluation is an important mean to strengthen the profession construction in college and the indicators system of profession evaluation is the focus and difficulty of the profession evaluation in the university.Therefore,it is of great pratical and theoretical to build the students' development in college based indicators system of profession evaluation in university.This study base on literature analysis to comb the survey of student-centered reform of undergraduate education and teaching in America and Chinese university as well as it's appeal to profession evaluation.Through the review of literature,this study sums up the connotation and characteristics of students' development in college also it's methods of cultivation and examinations in order to provide the theoretical basis for profession evaluation in university.Then,using case study method to examine the status and problems of indicators system of profession evaluation in nowadays university.Adopting objective decomposition method and construction method to build the students' development in college based indicators system of profession evaluation in university,taking preschool education as an example to make a practical application of indicators system.The results show that the indicators systems of profession evaluation in two province and two university were base on the student's development in college to build,but it is not enough for university to evaluate the relationship between student development and every indicators.The connotations and standards of the indicators need to be further deepened and optimized.According to the theories of students development in college,there are four aspects of students development in college which are abstract thinking,rational mind,professional skills and social adaption which depends on specific cultivation and education method.It's characteristics are integrity comprehensive,autonomy and superior.According to the theories of higher education?profession evaluation and students development in college,this study divide the profession evaluation's goal into eight first indicators:”professional training objectives and planing” ”professional scale and resources” ”professional courses andteaching” ”the relationship between teachers and students” “student management work” ”professional culture and atmosphere” “quality supervision” “the effect of students development”,and 28 second indicators to build the students' development in college based indicators system of profession evaluation in university,Finally,the study takes preschool education as an example to make a practical application of indicators system for the requirements of the profession classification evaluation.
