SWOT Analysis And Development Countermeasures Of Three Player Basketball In Wenzhou Region Universities And Institutes

Three player basketball came from street.Now it is attracting more and more attention and love.Combining the characteristics and value of the three player basketball,it is very suitable for popularization in universities and institutes.Through literature,SWOT analysis and so on,summarize the development status of three player basketball in wenzhou region universities and institutes,find out the development influence factors as strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,to obtain the corresponding development countermeasures through the matrix analysis.The main conclusions obtained in this study are as follows:1.Three player basketball is very popular among the students and there are a large number of enthusiasts in Wenzhou region universities and institutes,about 81% college students are very supportive of the development on campus.In terms of events,the frequency and quality of the competition held by Wenzhou region universities and institutes are low,and size of the competition is small,up to 60.5% of college students think the school has not held a three player basketball match.In terms of education,physical education teachers of universities and institutes inWenzhou region mostly lack of the three player basketball knowledge and teaching experience,only 12.5% teachers think they know the sport very well.Basketball facilities in some Wenzhou region universities and institutes is insufficient.The leaders pay little attention to the three player basketball and are not fully aware of the value and significance of the three player basketball.2.Wenzhou region universities and institutes surveyed don't provide corresponding courses,In basketball lessons,there are few references to the knowledge of three player basketball.The publicity and scale is small,only 4.33% of the students get information about the sport by broadcasting and poster on the campus.Most students don't know enough about the three player basketball,only 11.8% of the students said they knew the sport very well.In the extracurricular free activities,because students don't systematically learn the relevant theoretical knowledge,the three player basketball sport in colleges is not standardized enough.3.Three player basketball in Wenzhou region universities and institutes can bring many value,mainly including cultivating good quality of consciousness,promoting physical and mental health,Improve interpersonal skills,leisure and entertainment,enriching campus cultural.4.Through the SWOT analysis of the three player basketball in Wenzhou region universities,the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities andthreats are obtained.Through the analysis of SWOT matrix analysis,we have obtained the development countermeasures as SO growth type development countermeasures,WO torsion type development countermeasures,ST various management development countermeasures and WT defense type development countermeasures.
