| China's social work started relatively late,but in 10 years in China,it has achieved a leapfrog development.In our country,social work basically belongs to the trend of "government-led,education first".The strong dependence of political resources,which makes the social work profession in our country long plagued with the contradiction between "government support" and "government control".This paper starting from the view of professional ecological,taking the social work profession itself as the research object,through participant observation and interviews,closely around the question of "what social workers to do" "how to do" to answer "How is social work autonomy generated " In the community service center.According to the observation of S community In Shenzhen,this article takes the 2016 community party standardization as the boundary.From four aspects namely role cognition,professional,professional occupation and standardization degree of the social work,to present Social work's service ecology after the standardization of the community party.The study found that,before the construction of community party in Shenzhen,the government incubated the social work profession in the form of purchasing community service center project.At this time,the professional autonomy of social work is low,which is characterized by the lack of cognition of the role of social workers,lack of professionalism,low professional status and occupational standardization.The study found that with the work of community party building,The focus of government services has gradually moved down and give up community service space.Meanwhile,social work adheres to the core of professional values,seize the party building opportunity,actively respond to resource sinks and root in the community,building a professional image which has high recognition and strong sense of identity,which forms an ecosystem which help for the generation of social work occupation autonomy. |
