Research On Re-employment Of Landless Farmers In Zhuhai City

With the development of industrialization,the China urbanization continues to accelerate the pace,which triggered a series of social problems,especially the urgent need to solve the problem of landless peasants re employment,this paper made a deep research mainly aims at the problem of Zhuhai city.Zhuhai city is located in the Pearl River Delta economic zone is the core area of the Pearl River Delta Economic Zone,the advantage is only connected with the mainland,Hongkong and Macao City,economic advantage and policy advantage is significant,the local economic construction and city development of higher quality,faster process of urbanization development,on the economic development of the surrounding area to radiation leading role.But the social livelihood problems caused by it are not conducive to promoting the quality expansion of Zhuhai's economy.With the accelerating pace of Zhuhai urban development and the continuous improvement of the level,a lot of land used for city construction,the number of landless farmers is increasing,hinder the development of urbanization quality of Zhuhai City,is not conducive to the coordinated development of economy and society,the landless peasants re employment problem has become urgent problems of Zhuhai municipal government.In order to study this problem,this paper adopts the methods of historical literature,field investigation,questionnaire survey and qualitative and quantitative analysis,and applies human capital theory,dual economic theory,social exclusion theory,social security theory.Through distributing 500 questionnaires to three regions of Zhuhai,Xiangzhou District,Doumen District and Jinwan District,and then collecting the questionnaires for data analysis,the present situation of re-employment of landless farmers in Zhuhai City is obtained,and the characteristics of landless farmers in this area are counted.The existing problems of reemployment of land-lost farmers in Zhuhai are summarized,and the causes of re-employment of land-lost farmers in Zhuhai are analyzed.By studying the situation of reemployment of landless peasants in typical areas at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the enlightenment and lessons to the present situation of re-employment of landless farmers in Zhuhai.At the end of the study,the author puts forward the following four countermeasures to the re-employment of land-lost farmers in Zhuhai: to improve the competitiveness of re-employment of land-lost farmers,to adjust their own positioning,to guide the government,and to accelerate the construction of the service platform for re-employment of land-lost farmers.We will improve the social security system.
