Under the context of college entrance exam reform,this paper aims to explore the normal senior high career education and give the importance and strategies of career education in senior high school education.Since 1922 the "renxu" to <2017 years of college entrance examination reform program ",the ordinary high school has been through a hundred years of development and continuous exploration on the cultivation of students' development.The current high school career education development has already reach its key moment.As the world education reform is trending,our country has become more and more aware of the young students' status in the maintenance of the international status of the country,the importance of adaptation to the challenges of economic globalization and world competition on the chance of survival.While the ordinary high school is the chain connecting with basic education,higher education and other occupation education,which bears its unique status and value in the whole education system.Therefore it is of great significance to the reform and development of compulsory education in our country by enhancing career education in senior high.In 2010 the State Council promulgated the "national long-term education reform and development plan(2010-2012)).It has clearly stated that multi methods would be implemented to have career education in senior high,and student developing guiding system must be built right away.In 2014 issued by the state council on deepening the reform of the examination recruitment system implementation opinion ",subsequently,Shanghai,Zhejiang start to reform,coping with the pace of the senior one students in the autumn of 2014.Ordinary high school career education is aiming at promoting students' learning motivation and choice of average high school conforming to its own development,self-interest in professional career education.It set preparation for later university career education and future employment of profession.Senior high career education not only cultivates students' occupation career ability,but also the students whole life perspective to be broad and profound.It provides the skills,attitudes,and knowledge needed to adapt to the society and helps to achieve lifelong development and self-development at any stage of life.National education career development "Thirteen-Five" planning issued by Ministry of Education set education quality as the theme,education structural reform as mainline,aiming at constantly stressing to fully upgrade students' independent selecting consciousness,innovation consciousness,social sense,and training practice capacity,with entrance exam reform constantly goes deeper,under this big background,this paper would set Liaoning as a typical case to explore and analyze on ordinary high school career education and meanwhile refers to good experience from other regions excluded.It mainly proposes strategies through analyzing influencing factors.
