With the implementation of the new curriculum reform,teacher education and teaching activities,student learning activities,and school management systems are changing.Influenced by the traditional education model,teachers deal with difficult problems in various education and teaching in an isolated state in the daily life of the school.The new curriculum reform puts forward higher and higher requirements for teachers,for the sake of teachers' own development and Teachers can better solve difficult teaching problems.They need to establish a long-lasting,collaborative,and integrated cultural and ecological environment with teachers,and form a cooperative organization in a new era,that is,a teacher learning community.The same applies to the ideological and political aspects of senior middle school.Under the guidance of the new curriculum concept and the modern teaching theory,high school ideological and political teachers are based on interpersonal relationships.They collaborate together,communicate on an equal and democratic basis,and evaluate each other's teaching to jointly solve the problems related to the teaching of ideological and political subjects.Problems,improve their own education and teaching ability,and ultimately implemented to promote the full development of students.The construction of a teacher learning community plays a very important role in the teaching of ideological and political subjects in high schools.Therefore,this article mainly discusses the construction of teacher learning community from the perspective of high school ideological and political teachers,and explores and explores how to cultivate people's themes.The high school ideological and political subject has the characteristics of science and humanism,and the corresponding ideological and political teachers also need to have higher subject accomplishment and teaching skills,because the knowledge of the high school ideological and political subject changes with the change of the times.Modern high school ideological and political teachers have realized that "how to train people" and"how to take a class" is the most important subject.At the same time,they also realize the disadvantages of fighting alone and how to fight together.Lasting combat and inheriting the excellent qualities of each teacher become the important research direction of the ideological and political teachers in high school nowadays.This paper is divided into four parts.First of all,it explains the basis of constructing the learning community of high school ideological and political teachers.This is the basis and condition of this paper.It is mainly expounded from the theoretical basis and the practical basis,the theoretical basis is mainly based on the learning organization theory.The theory of social constructivism and the theory of cooperative learning are based on Marx's thought of community.The realistic basis is mainly from the needs of deepening the ideological and political reform in senior high school.The requirement of teachers' professional development and the need to adapt to the high school ideological and political classroom are expounded.Secondly,it clarifies the ideal state of high school ideological and political teachers'learning community.The effective high school ideological and political teachers' learning community should pay attention to the individual value demand,solve the difficult teaching problems and optimize the teaching process.The aim of this paper is to ensure teachers""harmony but difference",to base themselves on "student-oriented" and to establish a common vision,and to promote the three-dimensional development of high school ideological and political teachers,students and schools as their functional orientation.Thirdly,it systematically analyzes the real state of the learning community of the ideological and political teachers in the senior middle school,and the reasons for the gap between the real and the supposed.The realistic high school ideological and political teachers learning community construction is tangible,the lack of dialogue between the ideological and political teachers in the school leads to the teachers learning community construction tangible,powerless,teachers' organizational ability is low,too unified,Teachers' personality was destroyed;conflicts of interest,high school ideological and political teachers' cooperation.However,the ideological and political teachers in senior high school lack the cognition of learning community construction,the working conditions and pressure of teachers are ignored,and teachers are ignored.The lack of school management system and school scientific research atmosphere are the reasons why ideological and political teachers' collective preparation for lessons is different from what should be.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to reconstruct the common sense of value,optimize teachers' working environment,establish good teachers'interpersonal relationship and create a good cultural atmosphere for scientific research in the light of the reasons for
