If we want to build a high school ideological and political lesson that high school students really like,agree and benefit students' lifelong development,we must adhere to the general requirements of strengthening in improving,make good use of the main channel of classroom teaching,play the leading role of teachers,and enhance the affinity of teachers in ideological and political courses.First of all,affinity was firstly a concept in the chemical field,especially the association between an atom and another atom.However,in the field of ideological and political education,it means that the ideological and political education has an attraction,infectivity,and influence that allow the educational object to approach forwardly,accept actively and approve highly.Specifically,the affinity of high school ideological and political teachers is a kind of non-power influence.It is a kind of power for students to accept teachers' influence conscientiously and voluntarily for a long time under the influence of the teachers'comprehensive quality,such as knowledge and morality,and personality charm.It is an attraction which is mainly referred to the teacher's appeal to students.It is derived from students' fascination with teachers and curriculum.It is also accompanied by a kind of positive psychological suggestion.lt is also an attitude and an atmosphere,which is a force to promote the mutual trust between the teachers and students in the teaching process,to create a relaxed learning atmosphere and to form a positive and harmonious teacher-student relationship.Raising the affinity of high school ideological and political teachers is not only a need to correct students' misunderstanding of the ideological and political curriculum in senior high schools,but also a need to follow the development of high school students' physical and mental health,as well as a need for adapting to the development of Internet information technology.It is necessary and urgent.Affinity prevails in teachers of high school ideology and politics and its level is different-high or low,strong or weak.Therefore,in order to enhance the affinity of high school ideological and political teachers,we must find the influential factors of high school ideological and political teachers' affinity level.The promotion of high school ideological and political teachers' affinity is influenced by the teacher's personal cultivation and ability,including knowledge ability,character charm,language art,image temperament and emotional strength.It is also influenced by the value identity between the students and teachers and the characteristics of the high school ideological and political curriculum.Because teaching is a process of teacher-student interaction,good teaching results also require the joint efforts of both teachers and students.Therefore,in order to make affinity become a kind of "joint force",we need to address the factors that affect teachers' affinities in high school ideological and political classes.We must not only grasp the fundamental and key factors--teachers,shape teachers' charisma and enhance the professional qualities of high school ideological and political teachers,but also inspire students' needs so that students can understand the meaning of ideological and political lessons and enhance the teaching's pertinence.At the same time,we must improve teaching methods and enhance the vividness of teaching,so as to effectively promote the affinity of high school ideological and political teachers.
