In recent years,the scale of social organizations has continuously expanded and the quality has been continuously improved,which has become an important aspect of coordinated economic and social development..As the social organization with the most rapid development and professionalism,the development of private social organizations has attracted more and more attention.The development of private social service institutions in Suzhou started in 2008.In the past decade,with the high attention and strong support of the party committee and government at all levels in the city,private social service organizations have become an important force to assist the government in providing public services and improving people's well-being.From 2016 to 2017,Suzhou City accelerated the modernization of urban and rural community governance,and invested 23.4 million yuan in welfare lotteries to purchase community services from private social organizations to provide specialized and market-oriented services to relevant communities.Under the background of the Suzhou municipal government's purchase of community services,this article analyzes specific cases and mainly analyzes and analyzes the state of construction of private social worker institutions that undertake government procurement of community services,including existing problems and causes.By drawing lessons from the experience of both international and domestic parties,we have put forward specific countermeasures and provided reference for private social worker institutions to better undertake government procurement services and promote their own sustainable development.
