Comparison And Analysis Of The Motivation And Social Support Of Pupils Participating In Swimming Lessons On Both Sides Of The Taiwan Straits

This research is based on the investigation and study of the motivation and social support for primary school students participating in swimming lessons on both sides of the Taiwan Straits.It is represented by two central cities in Wuhan City and Taichung City where swimming is better.The primary school for swimming lessons was conducted at 43 schools in Wuhan City and 38 in Taichung City.The study was conducted through literature surveys,expert interviews,field trips,questionnaires,and logical analysis.By consulting relevant literature,it is found that the motivation of pupils participating in swimming lessons is closely related to social support.The social support of teachers,classmates,schools,parents,etc.will have an important influence on the motivation of pupils to participate in swimming lessons.Questionnaire surveys were conducted to summarize and analyze the data in the questionnaire.The results showed that: In each level of motives for primary and secondary school students participating in the swimming class on both sides of the Straits,primary school students in Wuhan City and primary school students in Taichung ranked first in health needs for swimming class motivation;in Wuhan,where students from both sides of the Straits participated in swimming class social support.Primary school students believe that teachers' support is the most important;in all levels of motivation for students participating in swimming lessons in Taichung City,primary school students believe that the support of friends is the most important.On this basis,the primary school students in the primary and secondary schools of the Taiwan Strait are involved in swimming lessons.Differences from social support are intended to reveal the differences in the motives and social support for students of primary and middle school students participating in swimming lessons and the motivations and social support for primary and middle school students to participate in swimming lessons.Provide reference for the exchange and sharing of scientific research results.Primary schools,physical education teachers,and swimming coaches,who are also available for swimming lessons,will serve as a reference for future school swimming courses.
