Since the eighteen Party's Congress,the party and the state have attached great importance to education and poverty alleviation.Comrade Xi Jinping first examined the concept of "precision poverty alleviation" for the first time in November 2013 in Xiangxi,Hunan.In 2015,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the decision to win the battle for poverty alleviation.Education poverty alleviation was given the important mission of blocking the intergenerational transmission of poverty.In order to carry out the conference spirit of the central poverty alleviation and development work,Hainan province has made a good education for poverty alleviation and hard work.Through the education of emigration,it has created 24 source schools,the government has carried out the support system for the students in the compulsory education stage,and the system of "not falling one household,not falling for a lifetime" and so on.But in reality,there is still a poor mechanism of accurate poverty alleviation in education.The problem of education identification is not very precise,precise assistance policy is not in place.This paper,taking Hainan Province as an example,explores the precision poverty alleviation mechanism of basic education,focuses on the problem of precision poverty alleviation operation mechanism,tries to reveal the causes of its formation,understand its internal running rules,grasp its function process,and provide theoretical guidance for the next step of accurate poverty alleviation.Through consulting related papers,newspapers,the accurate poverty alleviation program of basic education in Hainan and Hainan provincial records of education,this paper understands the present situation of accurate poverty alleviation in basic education in Hainan Province,and selects the leaders,teachers,students,parents and education authorities of the representative School of Siyuan and the teaching points of mountain areas to interview and interview the leaders of the poverty alleviation work.To find typical cases at various stages,finally,sort out the literature and sort out typical cases,and analyze the way to promote the transformation of education to help the poor.Through analyzing the background of this paper,combing the literature at home and abroad,analyzing and sorting out the research data,it is concluded that the precision poverty alleviation mechanism of basic education is a multi link mechanism of the coordinated development of a government,the school and the society.The mechanism includes five stages of precision identification,precision help,precision management,precision assessment,precision support and so on,and how the main body of poverty in each stage should be done to improve the precision of poverty alleviation.The proposed mechanism provides ideas for precise poverty alleviation in Hainan's basic education,and provides theoretical guarantee for deepening the reform in the field of poverty alleviation.The current literature is the research on the model of accurate poverty alleviation in education.This study is based on the research of the precision poverty alleviation mechanism in Hainan's basic education.There are few researchers,and have great theoretical and practical significance.Moreover,in the research part,the connotation,ideas,problems and operating mechanism of the precision poverty alleviation mechanism are adopted to make the innovation of the research angle of view.The deficiency of the paper is that,due to the less reference materials,the influence of the author's knowledge reserve and the limitation of the error of the sample,there are still a lot of shortcomings in the paper,which requires the author to do further thinking.This is the problem found by the author in the process of writing,and it is also the main direction of the further study of the lower order.
