Music culture plays an important role in society,in today’s society in the piano accompaniment of this art form became more and more important,many recreational activities and community activities cannot leave the piano.It is very important to apply the music in the practice of art practice in the practice of art practice.Overall browsing junior high school of music textbooks,most of the songs are in the form of digital music in the teaching material,rather than using the ready-made piano accompaniment spectrum as teachers play the piano,there may be some songs have,but are not necessarily suitable for classroom teachers,even some are spectrum need very strong technical ability competence,may not be as teachers create suitable accompaniment to faster.Good piano accompaniment accompaniment not only can foil the atmosphere of the song,incisively and vividly expresses the emotion that the song asks to express.From the actual situation of music lessons in junior high school,piano accompaniment is more prominent in practical value,and the utilization rate of teachers is higher.Due to the use of piano accompaniment lies in many aspects,is very broad,so this is a normal university and comprehensive university music education and professional required courses,whether or not students in the future to teaching positions,are each student must master a kind of important practical skills,it also means they can be a good music teacher.This paper selects ten junior middle schools in wanlin district,taiyuan city as samples.Through the questionnaire survey method,content analysis method,interview method,etc.With a small amount of piano basic knowledge,to taiyuan Wan Bailin area junior middle school in the piano music teachers situation has carried on the comprehensive investigation and analysis.When doing the field survey,the author found that many existing junior high school music teacher that on the one hand,think dispensable for the piano,and there are also some teachers think that is important but he didn’t want to make too many changes;The piano accompaniment ability of teachers is generally not high;The piano accompaniment level of some teachers can not meet the needs of normal junior high school music teaching and the artistic practice activities held in schools or provinces.The author puts forward some Suggestions to solve the existing problems:1.Cultivate the creative thinking of players who have the ability to improvise the piano;2.Master basic skills of piano and basic theoretical knowledge;3.Master the scientific coordination and technical methods of application and sound theory;4.Master rich accompaniment;5.To sum up practical experience,it is necessary to realize that practice is the sole criterion for testing truth;6.Teachers receive training on a regular basis.Through the practical strategy is put forward,the author hopes to further improve the piano accompaniment ability of junior middle school music teachers,expect the normal universities and comprehensive universities music education profession can cultivate more qualified teachers,to promote the education in the 21st century in China to make greater contribution.
