Idiom is a kind of "familiar language".It is a kind of Chinese vocabulary that has been formed in thousands of years of creation and has a fixed form,concise content and rich ideology.It is mostly presented in the form of "four-character grid." Many idioms directly reflect rich and colorful traditional Chinese culture,brand a deep imprint of national culture.Especially in the context of cultural heritage.For high school students,idioms are not only important learning resources for understanding cultural knowledge,increasing knowledge,improving reading and expression skills,but also serving as a major means of inheriting the excellent culture of the Chinese nation.Therefore,idiom teaching is an important part of the high school language curriculum.It can further enhance students' language accomplishments and edify students' sentiments.This article is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which includes the origin of the topic,research status and research methods.Regarding the research status,This article discusses macro-theoretical research in Idiom-like dictionaries,idiom research dissertations,and middle school idiom teaching,the discovery of existing research results did not closely link the background of cultural heritage with the teaching of high school idioms.The body part is divided into three chapters: The first chapter mainly discusses the definition and source of idioms,and analyzes the significance of idiom teaching and acquisition for the inheritance of traditional culture.The second chapter focuses on the analysis of the important role of idiom teaching in high school Chinese language teaching,and then discusses the teaching content of idioms in senior high school,including the pronunciation recognition of idioms,the recognition of idioms,the understanding and application of idioms,and the traditional culture teaching in idioms.The third chapter mainly uses high school teachers and students as the research object to use the questionnaire survey method and interview method to study the current situation of idiom teaching in senior middle school and discuss the specific strategies of idiom teaching.
