As the globalization increasingly develops and deepens,the influences from the globalization have affected politics,economy and so on.The original education concepts and systems between China and Western countries with the increasingly development of the globalization,absolutely will generate sparks in communication.More and more foreign students come to China for learning,while a large number of Chinese students are making full preparations in order to assimilate into the international education and have enough trials to be an international talent,at the same time,to improve ability and develop cognition with the international vision and make knowledge pool and temper ability in the journey of realizing China Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Many international cooperation school-running project and educational services are bred with the background.This paper,takes the project risks management problems appeared in international cooperation school-running as the guideline,and sorts out the change and damage rating of various risks that may arise in international cooperation in running schools,then makes countermeasures to resolve and lessen risks in advance,in order to strive to make the lowest damage of all risk and eventually achieve the aim to improve the quality of international cooperation school-running and realize the talent development goal.This paper chooses HK Chinese-Foreign Cooperative Undergraduate Program in PD University as a research object,and makes a comprehensive analysis by using Expert Opinion Method,the principle of risk identification and other ways.During the research process,firstly,this paper makes the risks management plan of PD University HK Sino-Foreign Cooperative Undergraduate Program and the key and difficult points in this paper are to identify and analyze the risks of this project.Secondly,this paper identifies fifteen risks in the three stages of the project in the process of cooperation school-running screening and signature based on the rational analysis to the project risk identification rules and risks resources of identification analysis.Finally,this paper makes a series of feasible risk countermeasures and coping strategies based on the risk estimation and evaluation by adopting Expert Investigation Method.This research not only enriches the materials of international cooperation school-running practice,but provides reference values for the running and management of international cooperation school-running project in undergraduate level.Furthermore,this research is conducive to help the parents and students rightly treat the international cooperation project and lessen and evade the conformism phenomena,and then improve the matching degree between the international cooperation school-running project and student requirements for growth and becoming a useful person.
