The value of "learning in class" is always a topic that cannot be ignored.It has brought us a lot of value both in physical education and in the physical and mental health of students.On the one hand,it provides a reference for most of the PE teachers in "building quality teaching".On the other hand,it also creates a good training environment for students.In elementary and middle school sports development,the primary school stage is an important stage of implementing physical literacy "learning and training".Therefore,this study will study relevant theories and practices of primary school students physical literacy "learning exercises" and conclude that The theoretical system of the "physical training" for pupils physical fitness,and on this basis,designs a "learning and training" program for the physical quality of pupils,based on the developmental sensitive periods of physical fitness and the content of the National Student Physical Fitness Standards.Using the experimental method,two classes were sampled from three levels of Qingxu Experimental Primary School to conduct a control experiment.Finally,all test data were analyzed.The results show:1.The physical quality of the experimental class students except for the 50 m run results of the flexible quality and strength,endurance test class decreased slightly,and the performance of the seated body in the sensitive quality experimental class decreased,but other qualities were improved to varying degrees.The performance in terms of flexibility,speed,agility,speed and explosiveness,and endurance have been significantly improved compared with those before the implementation of "curriculum training."2.After the practice of the "flexible quality" "Exercise Class" experiment class,the scores of seated body flexion and 1 minute skipping are more significant than those of the control class.3.After the speed,sensitive quality "class practice" experimental class has been practiced,the 1 minute skipping and 1 minute sit-up results are more pronounced than the control class.4.Strength,endurance quality "class practice" experimental class After learning,50 m × 8 round-trip,1 minute skipping,seated body flexion and standing long jump performance than the control class increase is more significant.
