Research On The Class Advisers' Motivation In Higher Vocational And Technical College

Class advisers in higher vocational and technical colleges are administers in students' political education and study. So the construction of class advisers is closely related to the students' work of college, which will affect the healthy development of students and the students' quality of college. Meanwhile, it takes important role in the development of college. The construction of the class advisers with different kinds of problems is beyond satisfaction based on the current situation. Improper motivation is one of the reasons in affecting the construction of class advisers. Based on the motivation theory, the study on the motivation of class advisers is to explore the deep problems and reasons of it and then put forward strategies.Sticking to the main line of this study of class advisers' motivation in higher vocational and technical colleges, along with class advisers' selection and appointment, assessment and evaluation, training and improvement, and motivations and guarantee, this paper analyzes and researches class advisers' motivations, finds out the existing problems, explores the causes, and puts forward the countermeasures. In the process of research, this study takes survey method as the main research way, supplemented by literature research. Through the designed questionnaire and interview questionnaire,this paper investigates class advisers' motivations of the Y vocational and technical college and analyzes the surveyed data,and concludes the following main problems: the hierarchy of motivate is not clear because the emphasis is not enough; Second, the training system is unreasonable which results in the unknown development of motivation; Third, the appraisal system is not sound which motivates the lack of persistency; Fourth, incomplete compensation Settings leads to non-strong motivation equity; Finally, unscientific academic and technical titles motivates the incomplete system.In view of the existing problems and combined with relevant theories of motivation, some relevant suggestions and countermeasures of teachers' motivation of higher vocational colleges are put forward, and the word of class advisers need long-term motivation mechanism, and only effective use of appropriate motivations, following the related motivations principle, is to meet the needs of class advisers' multi-level and multi-dimensional needs, to improve the working environment, to arouse their working enthusiasm, to improve the work initiative and creativity, and to enhance the work efficiency.
