The “U-G-S” synergetic cultivating mode for rural primary school's all-subject teachers is a kind of teachers' synergetic cultivating mode which is made up of universities,local people's governments and rural primary schools.During the whole process,the three participators relate to each other closely and try to innovate cooperatively.On Dec 31,2015,Yunnan province issued the paper of ?Yunnan Province's Rural Teachers' Supporting Project?(also called ?Project?).After learning the problems of the shortage of rural teachers' amount and the imbalance of its stucture,and learning the cultivating experience of domestic and foreign all-subject teachers,the paper firstly put forward the project of all-subject teachers' cultivation by urging universities,local people's goverments and rural primary schools to share their own resources and cooperate together.To build up the “U-G-S” synergetic cultivating mode for Yunnan province's rural primary school's all-subject teachers theoretically,we need to deeply study its history,reality and policy background,roundly analyse its neccsity and feasibilty,summarize its exploring process,extract its valuable experience and lessons,and explicate its study enlightment.What's more,we need to rely on the reasonable target,the relative policy and theory,the thorough organizational system and the complete cooperative cotent.In addition,we need to build up a viable operation mode and a practicable safeguard,evaluation and supervision mechanism.Finally,we need to make sure the restraining factors for the cultivating mode,and come up with some useful solutions.This study analyse and explore these above factors one by one,and trying to theoretically build up a “U-G-S” synergetic cultivating mode for Yunnan province's rural primary school's all-subject teachers,and provide some reference for the following theory study and practice exploration.
