With the release of Chinese student development key competencies,Chinese education has entered the era of key competencies."Key competencies" has become the focus of a new round of curriculum reform in China.At the same time,ideological and moral disciplines conform to the new era,which is based on the key competencies of students' development and the key competencies of high school ideological and political discipline.From the name of the course to the content of the course,and then to the reform of the curriculum standard.In order to effectively cope with the new development and new challenges,Improving the key competencies of Ideological and moral teachers has become an inevitable requirement for professional development of teachers in the new era.The key competencies of teachers is an important topic in the development of socialist teacher education with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Through the construction of the key competencies framework of Ideological and moral teachers,this research further investigates the problems existing in key competencies of Ideological and moral teachers,analyzes the reasons for the problems and puts forward the strategies to solve the problems.This study is divided into four parts:The first part:explain the relevant theoretical problems of the key competencies of Ideological and moral teachers.To define the related concepts of the key competencies of Ideological and moral teachers;to explain the theoretical and practical basis for the promotion of Ideological and moral teachers' key competencies;to analyze the necessity of improving the key competencies of Ideological and moral teachers.The second part:The framework of Ideological and moral teachers' key competencies is discussed.Consists of four elements,firm political belief,discerning rational spirit,noble moral cultivation,exquisite education art and so on.The third part:Explain the problems and causes of the key competencies of Ideological and moral teachers.Through questionnaires,individual interviews and classroom observation,we find that there are still some problems in the key competencies of Ideological and moral teachers,such as lack of political belief,lack of rational spirit,anomie of moral cultivation,and formality of teaching art.This study is based on teacherself,and analyzes the factors that affect the above problems,including professional identity,utilitarianism,thinking mode,self attribution,curriculum ability and teaching reflection.The forth part:The way to enhance the key competencies of Ideological and moral teachers is discussed.We should strengthen political belief in practical learning,extract rational spirit in educational research,improve moral cultivation in value guidance,and intensify teaching art in the process of thinking and entering.
