With the development of teaching, the research "Physical teaching Skills evaluation" has become an expert of many hot spots. In the conventional classroom teaching, it should address the various stages of the process of teaching the appropriate design of teaching evaluation. In order to keep abreast of the process of teaching students to learn the situation and has reached the level of research and design experts in the " Process evaluation" This is for the physical education curriculum and teaching reform provides a strong support. But to embody the value of process evaluation in Physical Education, the evaluation index system become the necessary conditions. Physical education class teaching skills become the basic qualities to P.E. teacher major in physical education. Therefore, constructing sports education graduates teaching skill evaluation index system, and to materialize and operable sports education is to improve the professional class teaching quality guarantee. At the same time, it can provide some reference for the future sports teaching.This thesis use a combination of literature, expert interviews, questionnaires, analytic hierarchy process method and mathematical statistics, physical education graduates of classroom teaching skill evaluation index system is studied. Obtained the following result: (1) The author has collected the massive Chinese and foreign about the class-teaching skills evaluation correlation material, It has screened 10 first-level indexes and 52 second-level indexes related the research . Then, initially decided that the evaluating index system constituted by 9 first-level indexes and 46 second-level indexes through the panel meeting and the expert interview. Finally, through the expert two confirmation indexes and the theory proof we can screen and revision to the evaluating indexes, further confirm 6 first-level indexes and 25 second-level evaluating index system. (2) According to the evaluation result from experts to confirmed the indexes'important degree, using the chromatographic analysis analytic method determined the various index'weight: classroom organization management skill is 0.33, demonstration skill is 0.26, interpretation skill and guiding skills is 0.14, lesson plan design skill is 0.07 and the body skill is 0.06, and after the consistency check proved that this weighting factor establishment is reasonable. (3) Carried on the small scope, finally demonstrated: this evaluating index system obtains the teacher and student's consistent approval.This thesis Conclusion: (1) The paper constructs a set of scientific, reasonable and practical evaluation index system including lesson plan designing skill, interpretation skill, demonstration skill, classroom organization management skill, guiding skill and body skills 6 level indicators and 25 secondary indicators. (2) Through the weights of the calculation results we can find that the biggest weights is classroom organization management skill, second are demonstration skill, Interpretation skill and Guiding skill, Lesson plan design skill and Body skill weights is relatively smaller. (3) The research to the weight of each index allocation proportion is more reasonable confirmed by practical application. We can evaluate teaching process through the evaluation index system in the future teaching practice train.
