This paper firstly analyzes the present situation of mountainous outdoor-sports in Zhejiang Province from the distribution of mountainous outdoor sports resources and the development of mountain outdoor sports and events.Then discuss the development current situation of college out-door course,clarity the bright prospect of college out-door course.Secondly,the author mainly analyzes the current situation of college students' participation into mountainous outdoor sports in Zhejiang Province from facts shown in questionnaires.Facts of college students' participation into mountainous outdoor sports and their behavioral characteristics are analyzed in this part.Thirdly,this paper focuses on the influencing factors of college students' participation in mountain outdoor sports in Zhejiang Province,which are mainly discussed and analyzed from three manifestations of leisure behavior restriction theory,namely,self restriction,interpersonal limitation and structural restriction factor.Finally,this paper investigates the current situation of college students' participation in mountain outdoor sports in Zhejiang Province by the methods of mathematical statistics,expert interviewing and logic analysis,and to find the the problems of college students' participation,thus to analyze the factors that affect the participation of students,and put forward some suggestions in order to promote the participation of college students in mountain outdoor sports in Zhejiang Province.The study shows that:(1)There are mainly four types of outdoor mountain sports in the central and western areas of Zhejiang Province,where enjoy abundant resources of outdoor mountain sports,but the specific forms of outdoor mountain sports are more single and the target audience is limited.(2)Although Five colleges and universities investigated in this research have set up or have carried out outdoor sports courses,the courses are generally too common;In addition to that,college students in Zhejiang Province have a better understanding of outdoor sports;The number of students who have chosen the option “understand”is 226,accounting for57% the total 394 surveyed students;(3)Mountaineering,hiking and camping are mostly chosen by students when participating into specific forms of mountain outdoor sports;Among all surveyed students,329 students of them choose mountaineering;218 students choose camping;298 students choose hiking;(4)There are two most widely used ways to participate intomountain outdoor sports,one is by joining a local professional outdoor club,112 students participated by following this way account for 28.4% of the total;and the other is by making a group by themselves with relatives and friends,143 students by following this account for36.3% of the total;(5)The sport consumption in kind is higher than service-oriented consumption for college students in Zhejiang Province;(6)The structural constraints and interpersonal limitations influence more apparently on participation behaviors among all limiting factors.In order to solve the problems of college students' participation in mountainous outdoor sports in Zhejiang Province,the author puts forward the following suggestions:First,colleges and universities should strengthen their own construction to improve their professional level and make close contacts with the outside world;Second,as training bases,colleges and universities should continue to actively develop new mountain outdoor sports courses,and strengthen the popularity of knowledge of outdoor sports.Third,colleges and universities should establish and improve the safety and security system of the mountain outdoor sports as soon as possible;Fourth,colleges and universities need continue to strengthen the introduction of professional personnel and the improvement of the faculty.
