Vocational education is an important part of our country's education,shouldering the important task of training labor quality and professional talents,which is the necessary guarantee to realize the popularization of education.The core of vocational education is to help students find their own development path.Vocational education is responsible for training and building the Chinese dream and realizing its own dream,which requires high professional quality.Since the reform and opening up,Shandong province's vocational education has made great progress and has become an important support for the economic development of manufacturing and other industries,providing strong human resources support for the economic development of Shandong province in the past 40 years.This article takes the research on the vocational education system that is currently being paid attention to by all walks of life in the society as the subject,consults literature and network materials,expounds the definition of vocational education,summarizes the definition of vocational education from both international and domestic aspects,uses the methods of literature,investigation and statistical analysis to understand the current situation of the development of vocational education in Shandong province,analyzes the course of the development of vocational education in Shandong province,clarifies the goals and tasks of the development of vocational education in Shandong province,and expounds the achievements of the development of vocational education in Shandong province in combination with relevant policies of vocational education in Shandong province.According to the investigation and study,this paper explains the problems existing in the development of vocational education in Shandong province,combining with the new public management theory and polycentric governance theory.Based on the existing problems in the development of vocational education in Shandong provinceand the research results at home and abroad,the CBE teaching model,the Swiss vocational education teaching model,the german school-enterprise cooperation " dual system" school-running system and the development of China's vocational education groups,this paper summarizes the advanced vocational education experiences at home and abroad through statistical analysis.Based on relevant theories,this paper summarizes successful experiences,promotes reforms in various aspects of vocational education in terms of exploring new educational systems,clarifying the development direction of vocational education,giving full play to the role of skills competitions and other institutional mechanisms and government support,as well as promoting the construction of personnel training system,promoting school-enterprise cooperation and other self-development aspects,and clearly promotes the smooth way out for the healthy development of vocational education in Shandong province.
