As an important path and institutional arrangement of vocational education,the cooperation of vocational education school and enterprise have always been highly valued by the party and the state.?The State medium and long term educational reform and development plan(2010-2020)?put forward clearly that “implement the talent training mode that work and study combined,school and enterprise cooperated and replace the work station in internship.Establish and improve the mechanism of school running that government lead,industry guide,enterprise participate.Enact the laws and regulations to improve the cooperation of school and enterprise in schools running,and promote the institutionalization in the cooperation of the school and enterprise.”The third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee also put forward “the reform to accelerate the construction of modern vocational education system to deepen the integration of production and education and the cooperation of the school and enterprise,and to train high-quality workers and skilled personnel.” Today,in our country,the cooperation between school and enterprise,as an important form of cooperative education has been widely recognized by the vocational education sector.“School-enterprise cooperation” has also become one of the highest frequency words in the field of vocational education,and its reform and innovation is unprecedented.It is also an important development model in the development of enterprises and vocational schools,and if the school-enterprise cooperation in the field of vocational education get widely carried out.However,in this background,the effect of school-enterprise cooperation of vocational education is not satisfactory,and the performance is that the effects of school-enterprise cooperation of vocational education is not ideal,regional differences are significant.Meanwhile fully affirming the importance and necessity of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education,for the cooperation of enterprises and vocational colleges,it becomes an important problem that urgent need to make efforts to resolve,and the important problem are that how to really play the positive effect of each other and improve the effectiveness of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education and sustainable development.The study of this paper focuses on the judgment standard,the empirical test,the influence factors and the counter measures and suggestions of the effectiveness ofthe school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education.Firstly,to build the framework of the full text,it introduces the research origin and the research significance of this topic,reviews the related research at home and abroad of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education,analysis of the shortcomings of previous studies,and puts forward the research problem.At the same time,it also makes clear the concept of vocational education school enterprise cooperation,and puts forward the research objectives,research contents,research methods,technical routes and innovation of this paper.Secondly,school enterprise cooperation in vocational education theory including contract theory,the overall philosophy theory,stakeholder theory,corporate life cycle theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory etc.And these theories have carried on the induction and the summary.In addition to,these theories for the following research lay a theoretical basis.Meanwhile elaborated the China's development of school enterprise cooperation in vocational education,analyzed the characterizations and methods of every stage of the development of school enterprise cooperation in vocational education,and on this basis,combining the current situation of the development of school enterprise cooperation of Vocational Education in our country,to divide the development levels of the present stage our country school enterprise cooperation in vocational education,and based on the further transformation and adjustment of economic structure,the rapid growth of demand for high skilled talents,which it is pointed out that the effectiveness of school enterprise cooperation in vocational education is facing severe challenges.This paper is also discussed the China's five vocational education model of school enterprise cooperation effective practice,and that it focus on are as follows: the connotation of school enterprise cooperation mode,characteristics,which should have the conditions or operations need to be paid attention to,operation mechanism and so on,analyzed the main factors that influence the effectiveness of school enterprise cooperation in vocational education and summarized the successful experience.Then select the countries of Germany and Australia which vocational education school enterprise cooperation are relatively developed,to analysis the basic characteristics of the school enterprise cooperation in vocational education,and focusing on the effectiveness of analysis and induction,as well as the validity of the enlightenment which to improve the school enterprise cooperation in Vocational Education in China.Thirdly,in order to construct the index system of evaluating the effectiveness ofthe school enterprise cooperation,so it studied the logic foundation of the effectiveness of occupation education and the reflects of the effectiveness of the school enterprise cooperation in the process of school enterprise cooperation in vocational education.That is to say,it need to actively and effectively play the function of enterprise,to actively seek the support of the local government,to actively and effectively play the role of the market.Then,according to the relevant research about the quality of evaluation of the school enterprise cooperation,and combining the actual level of the school enterprise cooperation in our country's of occupation education,so it proposed what was the criteria of judgment which about the effectiveness of our country occupation education cooperation.The criteria of judgment include that the effectiveness of occupation education cooperation in process,the effectiveness of results,and the effectiveness of development that these three aspects.Fourthly,through the method of hierarchical analysis and expert's opinion feedback,to ensure that the school enterprise cooperation in vocational education effectiveness evaluation index and weight,and then our school enterprise cooperation in vocational education effectiveness of comprehensive evaluation index system was constructed.And the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the effectiveness of school enterprise cooperation in vocational education in our country is established through using the comprehensive evaluation method of fuzzy mathematics.In order to test evaluation model of practicability,reliability,stability and maneuverability,for feasibility study,select the Jiangxi Province and Zhejiang Province China school enterprise cooperation in Higher Vocational Colleges as the evaluation object.And it using the effectiveness evaluation quantity form of our school enterprise cooperation in vocational education to collect the self-rating data,and then utilizing the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation mode which the effectiveness of school enterprise cooperation in Vocational Education in our country,to calculate the effective value.The results of model's application show that the effect of Vocational Education in China is not ideal,and regional differences are significant.Fifthly,to analysis the factors that influence the effectiveness of school enterprise cooperation in Vocational Education in our country,this paper selects the four important factors of system,vocational colleges,the enterprise and the benefit to analyze one by one.The analysis focuses on is that the four factors how to influence the school enterprise cooperation in vocational education effectiveness,and answersthe question of "why" these four factors is an important factors for the effectiveness of school enterprise cooperation in vocational education.Finally,puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions so that improve the effectiveness of school enterprise cooperation of vocational education.As practical considerations and international experience for reference,from the five aspects to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions so that improve the effectiveness of school enterprise cooperation of vocational education and the five aspects are as follows: the institution construction,the connotation construction,the conceptual change,industry construction and seek interests balance.This study focuses on the effectiveness of school enterprise cooperation in vocational education,in the process of using means of interview and questionnaire survey methods the theory and model analysis,qualitative and quantitative analysis,normative analysis and empirical research,and the main innovation points are as follows:(1)Make a rational division of the development level of school enterprise cooperation in Vocational Education in China.In this study,the school enterprise cooperation of Vocational Education in China can be divided into three levels: the primary developmental level,the intermediate developmental level and the advanced developmental level.And based on the current situation of the development of our country school enterprise cooperation in vocational education,made a judgment was that our school enterprise cooperation in vocational education is currently in the primary stage of the intermediate developmental level.The school enterprise cooperation in the depth of integration is more stay at the conceptual level.(2)This study structure the index system of our country school enterprise cooperation in vocational education effectiveness of comprehensive evaluation.This is a theoretical prolongation and evaluation index system of innovation which in the study of the effectiveness of school enterprise cooperation in Vocational Education in our country constitution elements and dimensions aspects.(3)Made a normative analyzed that from the qualitative to quantitative analysis which for the effectiveness of the school enterprise cooperation in vocational education,and the effectiveness of the vocational education school enterprise cooperation was tested.This study through the methods of hierarchical analysis and expert investigation,so that determined the effectiveness of comprehensive evaluation index weight of school enterprise cooperation in vocational education.And then usefuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to build the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the school enterprise cooperation in Vocational Education in our country.The model is a innovation which in evaluation methods,tools and models aspects that aimed at the comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness of China's vocational education school enterprise cooperation.
