In the modern society,there are more and more needs for high school students,and the Ministry of education also puts forward that the moral and the rule of law should be given priority to in training students' practical ability and cooperation ability.The course of morality and rule of law should pay more attention to the cultivation of students' core literacy.The problem teaching method has a long history.It can be said to be an ancient,evergreen,scientific and effective teaching method.The application of this method in teaching can improve the students' interest in learning,let the students experience the happiness of success,and then cultivate the students' self-learning consciousness and the spirit of study and exploration,and also help to activate the atmosphere of the classroom and improve the teaching level of the teachers,which is very important to improve the teaching quality.In the practice of the practice,the author found that in the actual teaching class of ethics and the rule of law,some teachers still use the method of "full irrigation" to teach,with the teaching materials,examinations and scores as heavy,the students' interest in the course of morality and the rule of law is not strong,which affects the cultivation of creative thinking and independent learning ability of the students.The teaching effect of "morality and rule of law" has been greatly reduced.Many students think this is a course that needs "rote memorization".Although the textbook case is lively and interesting,it mainly tests some boring knowledge points.In the middle of the exam,the total score of the exam is far less than the proportion of words,numbers and English,and the learning confidence is natural.There are many studies on the problem teaching method,and the explanation of the problem is not the same,but the change is not separated from its religion.The problem teaching method takes "the problem" as the center of the whole teaching process,each link is carried out by the students,the teachers guide,and the students become the main body of the study.Combined with the author's internship experience in the thirty-fourth middle school in Hohhot,this paper studies the application of the problem teaching method in the teaching of morality and the rule of law in grade seven.The main content of this paper is to discuss how to apply the problem teaching method in the teaching of morality and the rule of law,and what should be paid attention to in the process of using the problem.The practical teaching case illustrates how to attract students' attention so that students have a deep interest in the course of morality and the rule of law,so as to cultivate the students' ability of creative thinking and self-study.
