Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of New Media Application On Administrative Management In Higher Colleges

The 21 st century is the information age.With the development of social science and college information technology construction,the intervention of new media provided a new network platform and administration mode for colleges and universities.Compared with traditional media,the new media has the characteristics of large capacity,new carrier,fast aging and strong interaction.How to give full play to the role of new media in the reform of university administration and improve its core competitiveness is an importance to the development of colleges and universities.Many colleges have joined in the construction of the intelligent campus,and tried their best to explore and practice a good way to develop their information technology.However,due to historical reasons and the constraints of university funding,leading to the university administrative reform failed to be completely realized.The rapid development of science and society has spurred the process of reform in the administration of higher education.In recent years,with the development of science and technology and the rapid development of Internet and new media,colleges and universities have set off a wave of using new media to reform university administration,and also brought opportunities and challenges to the administration of private universities with new media as its carrier.This essay is a case study of City College of Dongguan University of Technology reform and utilization of new media innovation case,the use of administrative management,network communication,sociology and other multi-disciplinary related theory,combined with the literature analysis,questionnaire and case studies for interdisciplinary research.In-depth analysis of existing problems,the causes of the problems and countermeasures in using new media on college administration management.The article is divided into five parts,from the new media and college management concepts and characteristics,the necessity and feasibility of using new media in college administration management,the measures and effects of new media application,the problems in application and the causes of the problems,the effect evaluation of new media and explore ways to optimize.At present,the use of new media is mingled hope and fear.The new media has created a platform for the informatization construction of administration management in colleges,and also provided facilitation for teachers and students.However,under the impact of new media,there are still many aspects to be improved.The conclusion of this paper may be helpful to enrich the new media in the research of college administration information construction,and it may also provide a little reference for the running of private universities,which will help the private colleges to better grasp the new direction of university administration information construction in new media area.I hope this article can give valuable advices for the development of the college information technology construction and the innovation of college administration management.
