Research On The Employment Policy Based On The Evolution Of Industrial Structure Of Ningxia

With the development of the economy of Ningxia,the industrial structure and the employment structure of Ningxia are changing.Therefore,it is very important to find employment policies,which are compatible with the evolution of Ningxia's industrial structure.This is very important for stabilizing the society and promoting the economic development of Ningxia.This thesis first gives a general introduction of the industrial structure,the employment structure and the employment policy theory.By analyzing the data of industrial structure,the relationship between employment structure and industrial structure is investigated through the structural deviation degree,coefficient of employment elasticity and comparative labor productivity.The conclusions are as follows.First,the primary industry is "low output,high employment" and the proportion of employment is higher than that of output value.Second,the secondary industry,which is "high output,low employment",has not fully played its employment capacity and needs to be further improved.Third,the tertiary industry develops the insufficiency.Finally,based on the evolution of Ningxia's industrial structure and employment structure,some reasonable employment policies are given.First,improving the transfer efficiency of rural surplus labor force.Second,strengthen the policy support of the extended industrial chain.Third,strengthening the training of rural surplus labor force.Fourth,improve the service level of the labor market and promote the sharing of labor resources among regions.
