Practical Research On Group Work Intervention In Volunteer Capability Improvement

On the background of the rapid development of the society,on the one hand,the third sector of the society has developed rapidly.The concept of "volunteer" has gradually become deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.The party and the government have become more and more aware of the promotion of "volunteer" and "volunteer service" to social development;the other side,the enthusiasm of the masses to participate in voluntary service to be promoted,the quality of the existing volunteer service teams is also uneven.In the case of good external support environment,promoting individual growth of volunteers has become a key factor for the further development of volunteer service.This paper,based on the theory of advantage perspective,takes the group work method as the means,regards the volunteer's own needs as the work basis,and takes the volunteer's growth as the group goal,takes root in the community of volunteers,fully excavate the superior resources of the volunteer team and its community,and integrate the dominant resources into the group work and social workers.Guide the volunteers to grow together.This article tries to explore the strategy and application of group work to improve the ability of volunteers to provide professional strength for the growth and development of volunteer group and volunteer service.On the basis of practical work,this paper summarizes and refines experience and finds that group work method can effectively help the growth of volunteer groups.Under the guidance of the theory of dominant perspective,social workers excavate the superior resources of volunteers and their communities and make use of them to provide the motivation and platform for the growth of volunteers.After a number of group activities,it was found that the volunteers in the group had a positive attitude towards the growth of their own ability,and in the process of volunteer service,they could improve the quality of service by taking advantage of the learning skills of participating groups,and the social workers were aware of the overall needs of the volunteers in the group.At the same time,the group plan should be properly adjusted to meet the needs of the group and maintain the power of the group.After the group,the group Volunteers serve the community to promote the ability of other volunteers to improve the level of voluntary service in the community.The group work intervenes in the volunteer service field and promotes the growth of community volunteers.It is the best choice to meet the characteristics of community volunteers and the needs of the community.However,there are still limited scope of the group,insufficient work connotation and higher requirements for the social workers,which are limited to the individual character of the group work.From the perspective of the volunteer group,this article briefly discusses the two aspects of the internal and external aspects of the volunteer group to make up for the defects,and puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the team construction,the integration of other social work theories and methods,in order to promote the construction and development of community volunteer service.
